You sir are a wonderful soul. Your warm loving and rich voice is a gift for students who come to improve my playing and your singing adds to the joy of my experience. Thank you
Keep on that great work. This concept is so important for me as a beginner, since I am sure it will help me learning improvising! Thank you for sharing your knowledge
Wow, that's such an amazing trick, I never thought there could be an easy way to build seventh chords. I'm quite familiar with those chords but sometimes, they can get a bit confusing to me, especially with the inversions of seventh chords, my fingers just lose their way on the keyboard every now and then... lol Anyway, nice video and thanks a bunch for the PDF. 👍
Warren, disfruto mucho de tus videos. ¡Muchas gracias! Disfruto mucho el sonido del piano, me gusta explorar nuevas combinaciones de teclas y oír sus sonidos. Me ayudaste a comprender mucho mas cosas con tus videos. Saludos cordiales desde Argentina.

Hey Warren. Could you call that augmented cord a tritone with a flatted 6th in the right hand (LH- 1-3-#5 & RH- 3-b6-b7) where in the left hand 3&b7 can be considered a tritone lol. Just thinking out loud
@@PianoLessonwithWarren certainly understand what you are saying and that makes perfect sense. Thanks for all the work you are doing and continue to do. Really appreciate you
Warren i'm explaining this augmented7 chord 16:18 to my student combined with the C whole tone scale as the way to build it, i think it's the simplest way to memorizing this chord. Is that a correct method?
I live in the United States and was born and raised in the western world. Unfortunately African gospel songs is not that popular in the western world - you’ll need to find an African RUclips channel if you want African songs.

Yes you could, but that gets complicated really quick for that average beginner. Most beginners don’t know what a tritone is.
