"Dyche Has Thrown The Players Under The Bus" | Ped On Sky Sports News
Mr McPartland is right
Embarrassing. The defenders fell to pieces, that's not throwing players under the bus, it's saying it like it is.
@@user-ii1jy3mc5v The midfield had run themselves into the ground. Coleman was knackered, first game back from injury and he plays the full game. Keane is a crap defender. Dyche puts two attackers on. It was a huge balls up from Dyche and he makes it worse by not acknowledging it.
@@Dooguk BS, are you lot that arrogant that you think you are see things that Dyche and his entire team couldn't see? Rubbish, they are professional footballers, they bottled it. Stop blaming Dyche for players who can't last a full game, they knew they cocked up and they said they cocked up.
@@user-ii1jy3mc5v You haven't got a clue. You probably watched the highlights on the TV or RUclips.
One of, if not the most intelligent interviews given on Sky by a RUclips football pundit. Powerfully and eloquently conveyed. Huge kudos. From a Red.
All Everton fans can speak like this they have had 10 seasons to learn.
Yeah he was good. Which is as. Newcastle fan I often watch Toffee tv. Sam Mulliner for Newcastle fans TV is really good for us. Cheers
As a Cherries fan, I feel your pain. Everton players deserved the win, manager took it away with horrible subs. I feel bad for the players that got subbed off and had to watch their points go away.
From an Evertonian Bournemouth won end of
We accept and move on 👍🏻💙
The defenders took it away, they gave into the pressure.. awful
As an Everton fan toffee tv makes makes me feel so much better about the situation and how much of a family Everton football club really is. Thanks toffee TV
It's honestly like coming to therapy 😂

@@Hascienda27 don’t quit the day job bro
Dyche took the wrong players off and put the wrong players on at the wrong time.
I’m not an Everton fan but why is Keane starting games in 2024 when you just spent half your budget on a new young centreback?
The next 3 games will make or break Dyke
@@SauliBo1 A question many Everton supporters ask when they see his name on the teamsheet.
It's nice to see the opinion of most of us being aired on tv. Not that it will change anything unfortunately.
That was excellent Ped. Well done mate.
Brilliant PED one of your very best and spot on.
Brilliant Ped well done mate. Hope dyche saw this and learns something.💙👍
Good on you Ped. Very well put.
Never heard this guy before but he speaks very well. I'm an Arsenal fan and have a big soft spot for Everton for a number of reasons. To see where you are now vs where you were under Moyes circa 2008 it's night and day. Back then Everton went toe to toe with ANYONE and were arguably the toughest mid table opponent. Going to Goodison was brutal for any team and you guys had the best never say die attitude of any team I've ever seen. But now? You're unrecognisable in comparison. It's such a shame. The ethos from the top down is gone, the recruitment has been shocking for years and I only say this judging by the players you've lost in recent seasons but back in the day players would lay down in traffic for your club but these days it's like they are happy to jump ship the moment a different club comes sniffing. There's no pride amongst the players (Coleman and Pickford aside). I hope your fortunes change before it's too late. Everton should never be in a relegation battle.
Having said all that - if you play the way you did for 85 mins against Bournemouth then you'll be ok this season. Here's hoping.
Thanks mate
Definitely need that dogs of war mentality back for sure. Good luck for the season.👍
A nice respectful comment from a fan of one of the only 4 true football clubs with a proud history which has taken over a century to create! Not bought over the last 10-15 years by Oligarchs and Countries....
Thanks for that mate your spot on, I've always had a soft spot for the Arsenal ever since you took Alan Ball off us, I used to love going to Highbury back in the day
Not even a Everton fan but have to say Toffee TV is one of the better fan tv channels.
No big huge reactions to get views and clicks, just real fans who actually care about their club and actually attend games.
Good luck for the rest of the season, look after Ndiaye better than Marseille did.
From a Sheffield United fan.
Did the toffee fan base proud Ped!! agreed with everything you said 100% 👏🏾
Bang out of order Ped throwing Sean Dyche under the bus live on Sky Sports News 😂😂😂 Well done Ped lad 👏👏👏
You could just smell he was gonna do it
Spot on Ped. You summed up the woes of EFC in a great interview. You’re a credit to the Toffees and their fans.
What a excellent passionate interview calling Sean Dyche out, hoofball isn't working. #SACKSEANDYCHE
Not watched this yet. Great to see Ped representing Toffee TV and us Everton fans on Sky. Respect mate. Hope it's a boost for the channel.
Well said ped! Speaking for us all 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you ped for coming out and saying exactly what us fans have been thinking and thought of that game well done pal 👏
Well said and extremely well delivered. I really hope someone at the club, on the coaching staff watched this. Great work Ped.
Ped we don’t always agree but what a brilliant interview! You speak for the majority and I thought everything you said was spot on! Well done you! 👏👏
Taking N'Diaye off meant we lost our one outlet. It put the team under pressure and we didn't defend crosses or pick up dangers in the box
If you need one player to play well you’re not doing it right.
@CodPatrol i see your point. Changing the shape cost us, and players didn't do the basics to close the game down. 🍻
Brilliant Ped, Brilliant. Proud of You Mate.
Amen Ped, fine work, agree with what you said 100%. Well done la.
Handled yourself well there 👍
Really good response, you have more idea than anyone currently in charge at the club.
every word...TRUE and TO THE POINT....Ped is always great on Toffee TV......but he has excelled himself here....his words bringing class to Evertonians !
Well done PED good interview, got the points across how the fan base feel right now. And well done for your response back to that stupid question about them across the park.
She’s a Liverpool fan

Well spoken Ped, Well done, you've represented the Evertonians brilliantly .
Great interview Ped, you did all the Evertonians proud. Top man and I always tune in to Toffee tv because you speak sense and are passionate about our club👍
Nice one Ped you didn’t swear.
Excellent piece Peter. Represented of our club brilliantly
A number of the Everton players are not exactly ‘spring chickens’ and playing in 26 deg. temperature, substitutions were required, just like Bournemouth did 🤦♂️.
Well done Ped, not bowing to her narrative.
She’s a Liverpool fan
Well said Ped. 👏
Ped, you are a fantastic representative of the club, and Liverpool as a whole.
Good on you ped, you spoke live on tv for most of us everton fans want to say. I always watch our toffee Tv maybe you should have a go a managing us. Only has to get better. These clowns who he is playing are his friends but there over the hill. Coleman you try your heart out mate unlike the others. We played great for 86 mins. Keep the faith.
My mum & dads ashes are placed on the touch line opposite the dugout, my dad will be turning in his grave at the way we are playing, and having dyche as a manager he would be a very sad man dyche out
Spoke really well Ped
Well done ped ...get in ...
Fed up of these pundits bigging dyche up like some kind of supremo manager ...he's dreadful but because he's English he's treated differently
Talksport where at this morning. A really bad one was the echo journalist Connor on their podcast yesterday. Any further up Dyche's arse he would have been kissing his lungs!!
@@johnrussell8120 haha 😂😂😂
Well in, Ped. Top to bottom the club needs sorting.
love the honesty, couldnt have said it better myself, get ped in that changing room. utft
Well said Ped always talks sense
Makes a nice change to hear someone who actually watches games instead of some old has been pro or box ticker.
Brilliant interview Ped. I certainly agree with everything you said 👌👌
New manager needed asap
David Moyes is free agent. He is only hope to avoid relegation and calamity !!!
Well said Ped, you summed it up perfectly 👏👏👏
Well said Mate
NSNO NOT THE CASE FOR YEARS 💙🙏🏻
This is not the first and won’t be the last time a team has thrown away a 2-0 lead. This is not a time to panic, especially with a host of teams on 1 point and only 3 points behind Utd. Dyche is one of the very few managers who has proven himself with teams that can survive relegation. The fact we Everton fans were loving the first 87 minutes shows (with players to come back as well) we are not a doomed football team people think we are.
Completely agree. All the doom merchants, it's like they enjoy the self flagellation of failure.
If doucore was fit dyche would have started him and we would have lost 4 or 5-0.
Thanks for putting this up, I missed it yesterday, well done to you Ped, spot on.😁👍🏻
Slighting the everton manager on national tv takes some bullocks!
Wasn’t really slating he pointed out the blatantly obvious
Sean Dyche slated every single fan with his shit tactics and dinosaur mentality
@@ianmurphy9955 Agreed but hes still can pull this out from the grave but then Everton has to sack him after the season.
Ped is totally spot on. Dyche record speaks for itself. Abysmal.i think it’s a majority of fans that agree with him. Sack Dyche immediately
I'm a STH and dont agree with him. Dyche's record in saving us from certain relegation twice with both arms tied behind his back is nothing short of miraculous.
I’m still in shock about this today , I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing
Proud of you Ped..saying what needs to be heard and said..we're all not stupid and most of us I would think..Think the same..it kills me to see my club like this 😢
Poor use of the substitutes absolutely bang on Ped. Also we don’t seen to have taken pre-season seriously and that has shown us up in the first three games. We can only get better from here. We have some excellent players and some sound recent additions. The manager just needs to work out his best team and then they just need to click and we’ll be back up the table.
I don't think they haven't took pre season seriously enough, if anything I'd say he probably runs them into the ground I can't see any other reason they'd look so shattered and start so badly every single season and that's at every club he's been at, Moyes used to start badly as well it just looks like they're putting too much emphasis on fitness and not enough on tactics etc. that's probably why we finish the season strongly when they've levelled out
@@paulharris3457 Liverpool played Man U in US in front of 60,000 people. We played Coventry away and looked like we were still on holiday. So we got stuffed 3-0 with Ellis Simms grabbing the opener. Yes the guy we let go for a song and who very nearly took Coventry into the FA Cup Final.
@@pauldavies1710 yeah I get that, but that's also my point, not Simms but the thing about the Coventry game. The players are being run that much with these gaffers days and other old fashioned shite that they're knackered when he has them playing low quality opposition and he doesn't have them working on tactics instead he puts out holgate and maupay who were never gona be here after the window shut. The bit about the shite and man utd isn't really relevant in my opinion we'd never generate the same level of interest and imagine the damage it'd do to us if we got turned over heavily by either of them pre season. But that's only my opinion, I wouldn't say bin dyche now but he's got to be on thin ice with the rubbish he's been coming out with after each defeat
@@paulharris3457 I agree your point about the harsh training regime and I also wonder how much that has affected our injury situation. However, I can’t see that playing lower opposition is good preparation for that first game. Man United for example played Rosenberg, Real Betis, Arsenal, Liverpool and then the Man City shield game and we had Sligo, Salford, Coventry, Preston and Roma. I do take your point about confidence if we had played better opposition but I’m not sure losing to Salford and Coventry gives you much confidence. And whilst the 2-3 Bournemouth mess was down to poor substitution decisions it was also a lot to do with lack of confidence especially after the first two batterings we had taken.
@@pauldavies1710yeah I'd agree with that as well. To be honest, and without wanting to dig him out, just the sight of Michael Keane at centre half seems to drain the confidence out of the rest of the team. We saw it last year as well, shipped all kinds of goals and as soon as he was dropped and Branthwaite came in we stopped conceding and went on to have the 4th best defence in the league. Hopefully he'll be back soon and we can start to improve. I sometimes feel sorry for Keane because he can play quite well but his positioning is non existent and he's always got a mistake in him
Spot on this! Very hard to disagree with any of it. I certainly wouldn’t argue with any of the points made here
Clad to see Ped say it as it is 👏
Spot on everything ye said mate and I think its the majority of the fanbase thinking the same things
I'd rather have Ped on charge of the team than Dyche !
Spot on with this, he made the wrong subs and it’s as simple as that. As Ped said dyche said he could smell it and he did nothing about it
Brilliant interview. You did us Blues proud. Laid out the hard facts and spoke clearly. Top man
Great words Ped!
Surely Sean Dyche, Ian Woan and Steve Stone do watch and listen this and hopefully they take heed!
And Farhad Moshiri: get the takeover done!!!!
Always a great listen . Ped is a true blue
I dont always agree with Ped and Baz but literally buzzing they get this success and exposure to get the fans view points across, great channel good or bad will always love Everton COYB!
Well done Ped. 👏🏻
Well spoken and a good representation of Everton fans, well done! "you will not be swayed"
Wise words.
Well done by putting his crap stats out there. Dyche out!
Snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
Speaking for the family. Well said Ped lad.
Bit miffed you didnt mention Dyche's infatuation with Dope-Coure. That passenger MUST GO. As soon as he came on Bournemouth sussed us.....our system completely broke, because he can only play in a 4411, we reverted to tired old Dads Army. 40,000 who were there KNEW IT. He didnt. From then on, it was just suicide
Abel Perriera being touted if Textor gets control - count me in
Do the players not bear any responsibility whatsoever?
Absolutely spot on as always.
From a couple of guys enjoying a chat about Everton and football, to being live on sky sports news as true ambassadors of our great club. You really have done so well growing the channel and are the voice for the fans.
The club should have better representation leading the way with the narrative,if they aren't going to do it ,then having you raising the issues on sky for everyone to see is so great, keep going, keep growing and hopefully better times to speak about will be coming soon!!
Great interview Ped
Impressed!!
Where we really in a relegation battle last year? Thought we were 14 points clear even with an 8 point deduction? 🤔
Good interview, summarized the problems from Saturday and at Everton in general very well and concisely.
We need people in our club who represent Everton the way Ped and Baz do...they're an absolute credit.
Brilliant Ped 💙
Good lad, Ped. Spot on with the comments about the manager. End of.
Well said Ped #UTFT
Imagine the team an manager sat eating lunch & this comes on in the canteen 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Spot on Ped, the players play the game but the fact that the manager put the loss squarely on the players in post game press conference was spineless. Just look when the subs were made vs. When the goals went in to give you an idea of who was mostly to blame for the loss.
Well said mate 👏
Arsenal fan from USA and I respect you guys
Good analysis from Ped , I agree the buck stops with Dyche / Moshiri - however I’d hoped he’d mentioned just how well we played for 87 mins - having witnessed it myself I think more emphasis should be our overall performance, which by the way was one our best for years 💙. UTFT !!
Excellent interview and told it as it was no gloss - well done 💙
Despite Dyche's appalling substitutions, the players still shouldn't have let that happen.
Was a massive fan of Dyche but if you cast your mind back Gerrard was sacked by Villa early with more points than us. Look at them now. Our board will wait and wait and eventually sack someone then hold interviews and await Moshiri to get back from his hideout. The idea that they can then make the right decision after this pointless process is hope springs eternal on steriods
If Coleman says players need to take responsibility that's good enough for me.
Absolutely spot on ped.
Ped and toffee tv always giving me a slight bit of hope and pride in Everton 💙 top work lads and no bull shit, just said it how it is and what we all are thinking.
"they're in a different league to us"
Might be true that next season
Not a chance, unless Liverpool try to form a breakaway super league again.
Nice to watch this. Personally I have been totally unable to watch the game again, or the highlights, or look at the league table. I do however, watch Toffee T.V. because the presenters generally express the same views that I have. I think that you (Ped) was brilliant in that interview, you hit all the appropriate points in a very reasonable and restrained manner. I assume Sean Dyche will watch it, and hopefully learn from it. Sad that Ped and people llike him could see what our manager couldn't, and I like Dyche. A shout out to Baz also from Toffee T.V. he is a brilliant Evertonian too. Thanks lads, you do us all proud.
Well said Ped 👏🏻
No excuse, the players had to see that game out
I have to give full credit to where it's due, that was so well voiced. Couldn't have said any better myself.
Everton football club should always be in the mix, to attract the best players and be competitive in all competitions. But we're not, we can't even get a Leeds player to come to Everton. That's laughable and shocking. Something drastic needs to change for us. 🙏
Have you give it one yet Ped.
Well said ped. Simply not good enough for everton football club the manager has got to go now I have seen enough
Shite you’s 1st in the league
Great club with great fans.....would be great if some money bags came in and with the new stadium and a new start ..... maybe they could do what City have done.....
You just expect him to start 90 minutes for the whole season? It doesn’t work like that, how could he have known his whole team would collapse like that?
