I really like the bluegill skirt, the poured shad, the overall look of the whole spinnerbait, and watching you catch a good bass on it. Really great video.

Congratulations on getting to share your PB on camera with us. Down here in South Alabama in the heat of the summer we fish a Grinnel tournament and it’s a real blast. Funny thing is that Grinnel love red and I put together some red spinnerbaits for the event and caught quite a few bass on them. Hmmmm coincidence I think NOT. By the way I also used red blades 😊

Have idea to pass to crappie and walleyefisher Men and women. By using a jig head mold us plastic instead of lead. Mated to jig body. It well sink slower. Keeping it in sight longer if distant is needed adda float.

Nice build Adam! Always a pleasure watching. Love the Epic swimbait trailers. I prefer a sweep hook set set with a consistent quick reel in. Sometimes the fish will try and grab the blades and then spit 'em out. CONGRATULATIONS on the nice PB! Have a great week!

Congrats on the new PB. My PB is 7.9 lbs caught in October 1985 . I have had bigger hooked since but didn’t get them to the boat. Don’t know if I will break it but I can look at my PB every day it’s hanging on the wall. Nice looking spinnerbait and thanks for sharing Adam

FANTASTIC, Adam!!! I know very well the feeling of THE PB! Unlike you I had to travel a very long way to achieve mine. But it was worth the trip. I just wasn't to catch it on one of my baits. That was the fault of the airline. My tackle box showed up two days later, UGH. But I got the PB nonetheless. I love the spinnerbait and the trailer. Congrats, again. BTW, have you achieved the 7lb club yet?

@@CumminsMichael definitely an option, yes sir! I found that I rank on the thread a little too hard and flex the wire too much though… a little overkill most likely, HA! 🤷♂️🤦♂️
@@SDGCustomLurecraftUse the pinch wrap technique. The hand you pinch wrap helps support the bait from flexing in the vise. Mount the spinnerbait into the vise so there is very little wire between the vise jaw and the spinnerbait head. Only leave a little wire visible so as not the chip the head paint. When whip finishing, just use your hand and fingers. Also, nice catch! 🤟🏻
Oh man... so many great options!! I really loved the silver pearl with gold flake that I paired with Tsunami in the Glory Craw... thats hard to beat (especially for a guy like me that loves me some gold!). Monkey Milk would be dope. Lava Craw with Holographic red and orange flake would be sweet - give you a red/orange belly. Its a little out there... but maybe even a Junebug... Tsunami if a gold/green/brown type deal and all those colors look good on their own with purple... it could be a really cool variation on "Bama Bug" (I may just have to write that one down! LOL)

Affix the jaws to the wire instead of the hook and just reverse tie. That’s what I do when tying in schlappen or saddles on spinnerbaits.
