filipinos are friendly and kind and hospitable..but the one thing i like about being filipino is the close family ties,in other countries most parents kick their children out of their house when they reach legal age,but in the philippines you can live with your parents forever even if you have your own family,you just have to be responsible and help with the bills,maintenance of the house,and take care of them when they get old until their last breath,we dont out the elders to homes where you hire carers to look after them..thats what i like about it and also the culture,beliefs.its not perfect,and not a first world country but its fine,we are resilient.
It's because when America liberate Philippines from Japan. That's when Filipinos respects changed their attitude towards Americans to this day. It's in history Americans and Filipinos fought side by side against Japanese alot of Americans died during World War in Philippines. Filipinos will always have American charm on them were ever they go that's what British people said.

OTHER COUNTRY!! TRAVELING TO THEIR COUNTRY IN ORDER TO BE WELCOME YOU NEED TO BECOME ONE OF THEM (in short you are required to adapt to their country) WHILE ON THE PHILIPPINES 🇵🇭 ITS NOT THE COUNTRY BUT THE PEOPLE ITSELF IS THE ONE WHO WILL ADAPT TO YOU(to all foreign people)IN ORDER TO FIT INN(not to feel-out of place)... One example of that is the language barrier. I’m not sure about not direct and straight 😂, filipinos are straight talk people and straigh forward we can talk and be blunt without sugar coating like the americans😂 we can tell people atraight whatever speak our mind and be accepting and willing to engage without hesitation. Living in US and pther western countries seeing the world make me feel proud for our culture as a Filipinos and thats the treasure more than anything else. We are more resilient than any people around the world and makes me proud of it. If people of the world learn from the philippines and be at lease half offilipino behaviour the world will be happy and resilient in any aspect of life.
