Great refresher!!! My left was dominate before my stroke!! Now I am training the right after 72 years of being the subordinate power!!😊 Add on 2 arthritic knees and it is a challenge!! But still here maneuvering as soundly as possible and continuing on !!! Thx for these videos!!! ❤

I have pretty canes, flower's everywhere, but their skinny , me too but , I need more stability, 🚴♀️
