I was with my sister as she was dieing. For several hours she had her eyes open and was was looking up. I was talking to her telling her it was okay to go. I had wet a paper towel and was touching her face with it as i talked to her. All of a sudden she laughed so loud that i jumped. I looked and saw the light in her eyes and she was looking over my shoulder smiling. Then i watched her face and saw her jaw dropped as she was leaving her body. What a gift that was to be a witness to experience her laughter and see her ready to leave.
When I was 20 years old (46 years ago) I was in a car accident and was dead for a period of time. I had a near death experience (NDE). While absolutely glorious and experiencing indescribable love, when I was sent back, I was so upset to be back in this realm and went into a deep depression for several months. Eventually I healed and understood that I was needed here. This incredible experience has been my daily guide and set me free to be of love and service to everyone I encounter. I have been blessed to have had this happen and know that I’m in the world but not of the world and I do not fear death. Thank you Maryann for this beautiful reading.🤗
I've read that many times in books about near-death experiences, and I know I wouldn't want to come back either. Did you have the choice to stay, or were you told you still had important work to do and lessons to learn?
I’ve seen ghost multiple times. One when we bought a house in Chandler AZ, I saw a confederate soldier standing in one of upper rooms and he looked very sad. I told my husband and he said that’s not possible because no civil war battles happened this far west. I shrugged it off as my imagination. Then a couple of weeks later I came across an article in a local paper discussing the one civil war battle fought in Arizona and it was near where we lived. Taking this as a sign, I asked the spirit why he was so sad and he told me that he had abandoned his troops in the field and they all died. I explained to him that it was long past and he could find peace if he could forgive himself and release the guilt. I never saw him again.❤
I came into this life is to be a nurse. I've spent most of my career caring for the elderly and the sick, first as a home health aid and later as an ICU nurse. I have spent many hours caring for patients and their families around death beds. In the past few years I have switched gears and tended to laboring mothers and their families through the birth process. I came into this life with memories of life before life, being convinced by my guides that it was time for me to incarnate. I have memories of being born... the suffocating feeling of moving through the birth canal, the burning sensation in my lungs as I took the first breaths, the way crying made the pain worse and the quieting of my screams made it better. I recall the heaviness of the immature body into which I was born. With those memories I came into my work and I have to say, I find the experience of being at the death bed and being at the birthing bed to be very similar. It is such a privilege to be present in these liminal spaces. Being incarnate is not an easy thing. Being able to remember the effortlessness of a thought producing an experience makes the slow process of physical reality seem very cumbersome. The memory of bathing in a place of absolute unconditional love makes this world of the illusion of separateness and duality infuriating at times. We are indeed spiritual beings having a physical experience in the spirit of learning. I find myself feeling empathy and sympathy for the little babes that emerge from their mothers. I reassure them that we will help them adapt. As for the dying, I internally celebrate for them, that they are going home to a place where they will be received into absolute perfection, warmth and love. Stories of NDE's sound familiar to me and I find great comfort in the knowledge that we all get to "die" someday. These bodies are miraculous vehicles for our souls that are eternal beams of light. We are all connected.
Your text, ironically, describes much of my difficulties when I had to return to this body after being briefly dead and feeling that absolute love and wellness. That knowing can at times make this brutal planet even worse, even as it is also my greatest balm. Thx for your words. ❤

Beautiful post. I have been regressed to experiencing death and birth. Having to leave the overwhelming, indescribable love of the other side to reincarnate and be born again was heartbreaking. Being born was awful but dying was amazing! Funny isn’t it?

Aliens are the ones manipulating us all. They have telepathic technology and it's them who send visions and them who lay the tarot by a trick of hand through controlling our hand movements with their technology.
They are the ones who caused wars and division and religion.
They are still doing things for the environment and to limit the use of nuclear weapons in our world.
I don't think that shouting is their style of choice. I am comforted with the love of angelic entities and protecting energies from the Universe.

I’m no longer freaked out by alien abduction films - it would be refreshing and a relief to get some guidance from higher intelligence
As a nurse, I was with a patient at the exact moment they passed over. I was about to take his blood pressure when a white fog like substance rose up from his chest and left his body. At the time I didn't realize what I saw. I later told a lady that was psychic. She said I had seen the spirit leaving the body.
My niece saw a similar thing at her father's death.
I know a man who saw 2 angels behind his bed in a mirror and told his family members that he was ready to “go home with his angels”. And died 1 min afterward- I’ve read over 1000 NDE interviews and most of the anDEs that had experiences , 43% had heavenly experiences and 16% had hellish- one was my business partner who got run over by a tractor. Saw 4 large angels who told him it wasn’t his time yet- he was later revived after having no brainwaves or heart beat for over 50 mins- he had no brian damage at all- which is a miracle - God Bless

After my partially disabled, younger brother died unexpectedly from either a stroke or a terrible fall in the bathtub (water running for days), my psychically-gifted daughter had a dream/nightmare about him a few days later. He was terrified and was in an in-between space. He was afraid to move on because he did many negative things to a lot of people in his lifetime aka the black sheep of the family. She told him over and over again to move to the light so that he could learn to be better. She told him that my mom, dad, and niece would be welcoming him home. Then she asked me to send out a group text to our brothers, sisters, and extended family to please pray for him to get the courage to pass over. I can communicate with those who have passed on, so I begged him to go to the light. Hours later that horrible feeling left me, and I felt him cross over to the light.
My father waited for me to return to his hospital room before he passed so my mother wouldn’t be alone. She was the love of his life. He heard me speak as I entered his room turned his face towards my mother and then I saw him leave his body and I gasped in shock. That’s when Mom looked at him and realized her soul mate had left. A year later on my mother’s birthday my siblings were at her home trying to fill the gap. I thought that Dad would be happy that we were trying to help Mom and I felt almost like a warm hug and I knew with certainty my father was there in spirit. I’ve never been afraid of death. I’ve always believed that I will be with my loved ones that went before me.
I died in 2000 for 15 minutes. It was the best experience... ever. ❤ Looking forward to the heaven dimension when it is truly my time to stay a while. Always grateful for you and your videos. ❤
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insights on the subject of death and dying. I’m 78 years old and my interest in this subject is now heightened. I began my spiritual journey in the 80’s when I was led to read Dolores Cannon and Seth Speaks. All that I’ve learned since, and will continue to learn, has been thrilling, exciting, entertaining and, of course, enlightening. I feel this time in my life is the most fun I’ve had, and I’ve lived a full life. I have absolutely no fear of my body’s death approaches, because I know I continue to live on.
I did read Eben Alexander’s book; it was fascinating. I believe we incarnate with a veil of forgetfulness so that we can experience the joy of finding our way back home 😊
I learned that the spirit leaves the body before a traumatic death from my dog Chelsea. She was staying with my son in his college apartment when two kids left unattended set fire to the apartment complex burning out 8 families and killing two pets, one being Chelsea. They found her at the door trying to escape. I was haunted by the thought of her trying to escape but couldn’t. Then she came to me in a dream and told me that she did not suffer and that her spirit left her body before the fire took hold. Then when my daughter passed in a car accident several years later, I was shown her spirit exiting the crown of her head “before” her car hit the rail. Knowing this gave me great comfort in the midst of the debilitating grief. Then I came to realize that Chelsea gave her life the way she did so I would know that what I was shown was true. 💕😞

When my father passed in my home I sense the feeling of like an electricity in the air. A light bulb went out when I tried to switch the light on. My phone did not work but my husband did. I'm not sure if all this means anything but this is what I experienced when my dad passed ❤

Thank you for the reading, Maryann. I appreciated the information that people who are killed in a violent manner are taken and do not suffer. A long time ago I read an account by a psychic who was about to board an airplane when she noticed that none of the passengers who were about to board had their auras! Obviously she herself didn't board the plane, and sure enough the plane crashed and all aboard were killed. But they hadn't suffered. Their souls were already safely on the other side. That is a comfort to know.

My friend Dorothy who had crossed over, introduced you to me. She brought you up in my utube feed. She looked like you in the physical so I listened to your message. Once I heard you speak, I know she likes you. She was an editor in the physical.
My husband in the physical, didn’t like to hear me listening to you. I was holding his hand when he crossed over.

I died in high school. I didn’t see heaven or see anyone. I was before a court of colored globes (3) A voice behind me said I think she can do it. All three Judges had said no we don’t think she can Next I woke up in ER No idea what I was supposed to do or not I almost drown later after my 2nd college degree. As I went down, exhausted, my foot hit a rock. That was 2 decades ago. BTW nobody could find that rock.
Hi Maryann. I had a similar experience with the death of my father as you did with your parents. We had been with him for several days, and we went to the dining room for dinner. When we walked back in to his room, his nurse was taking his pulse. He chose to die with his nurse while we were in the other room. She was very kind, and asked if she could stay with him while we were eating. He was always smart about things that way. I believe he planned it that way.
Thank you, Maryann. I related to your messages so strongly, as I was in a head-on collision in college many, many decades ago and left my body. I was immediately with what I would call my "birth angel" or guide or "guardian angel." I asked about the "meaning of the Universe" which was an unusual question for a 19 year old at the time. I was immediately shown something so indescribably beautiful ..many parts all moving together in perfect harmony., I asked I could take back all that I was shown and I was told "no!" It all vibrated at an energy level not compatible with the energy on the earth plane. I was back in by body and never talked about the experience because, at the time, NO ONE was talking about NDEs. I was so mad about returning to the earth plane which felt like a heavy, dense, energy...like moving through molasses. It was not until decades later that people started sharing their experiences...the first book I read was Life After Life by Raymond Moody and continue to read many other accounts. Completely changed by concept of death. I appreciate you sharing the most important message which is we return to our "real home."

The day my mom made her transition my brother looked up at the sky and asked, ‘Mom where are you?’ and a big smile came across the sky
When moment my mom passed there was a glow in the room it felt like a calm and peace at the same time . I just want to add I believe her mother who died when my mom was 17 came to take her with her, and was sad she had to go but happy for her at the same time. I have been privileged to have awareness of glimpsed experience into the world of a celestial appearance of an Angel who appeared to light a shooting star . I also had the opportunity to choose to stay in this world or pass on during a critical medical emergency .
Both of these events were positive and no fear or darkness, but yes, light.
Maybe people, kids etc that live through such atrocities do so with an agreement when they where born to burn up as much karmas as possible and purify themselves taking them close to liberation
I've always believed in the after life and life on other planets some very advance and some not so advance. I feel that we are on a verge of an exciting period.
As an older lady I have been aware that my time for going home to be with all my beautiful spirit family, but there is still a feeling that I do not want to leave my loving family and friends here on earth. I understand how you feel. I'm in my late 70s and am staying for my 6 cats, friends and family. I'm healthy and can still do a lot, so this isn't a burden, but I am a little homesick and definitely sick of the struggles of this planet. I do hope for some happiness before I cross, but right now I just get through each day. Mary Ann and Susan Lynn help a lot. ❤

During the 3 days before he passed my Dad was seeing loved ones and naming them. His look of wonderment as he kept looking up toward the ceiling was enviable. I know he wanted me there when he died, but I couldn't handle it. One of my sisters was there. When I left him for the last time I said all the right things; "it's okay to leave Dad, don't stay and suffer longer, I love you... But when I said what was really from the heart "thanks for everything", that is when I saw his eyes fill with tears as did mine. Some time later he visited me while I was driving.

Energy never dies. I’m somewhat of a skeptic, except for this. Energy never dies. I see the spirit as that which animates us. I felt the spirit leave my cat as the vet injected him; on the moment of death his body became lighter. I see the soul as that which connects us to the collective. So, in a way our spirits and our souls are two different levels of awareness. I have had too many experiences to think that the human dimension is the extent of our existence. I hope anyone reading this can let go of the fear mongering beliefs instilled by organized religions. Although if we end up with our “loved ones,” my human life has been devoid of deep familial connection due to religion’s toxicity. So I hope I don’t end up floating around all alone up there for all eternity or getting stuck in some dark room as an energy who is too afraid to leave.

I met a ghost if you could say that. My husband saw her too, and he’s not the type to see or believe in ghosts. We were staying at a B&B in Vancouver and she was the proprietress. However, she had died five months earlier, so her daughter was running the B&B for the season. She moved to Vancouver from England six years prior. She always wanted to go there, and when she was diagnosed with a terminal illness and given six months to live, she decided why not spend it in Vancouver. She had a beautiful house and a beautiful garden. Her daughter said she would often say she never wanted to leave. I said to my husband “she never did.”
She greeted us at the door to let us in, but she couldn’t open the door so we opened it, and she had vanished. But she woke me up in the middle of the night shaking the house, and I thought she wants me to know she’s here. The next morning, we learned from the hostess her story and saw her picture with her daughter. So I think she stays because she never wanted to leave. She loved it there.

❤Really enjoyed this podcast, Maryann. I have so many anecdotes about my mom and dad being right here with me, both of them having crossed over in the past few years. Mostly quiet and beautiful.
When a little 8 year old neighbor first started coming over, she went to use my bathroom and was in there for a while and finally came bursting out. She said my mom wouldn't let her out and her hands were too weak. I kept asking her why and she finally admitted she was looking for a bandaid (going through my stuff) and my mom didn't like that obviously so decided to teach her a lesson. LOL. So like her. And a comical face she made before she let her out --- perfect.
My belief has always been souls can be completely there and completely here at the same time. I think my dad's writing a song right now and also right next to me. ❤

Oh Maryann, this topic is soo on point with me: I lost my hubby of 59 years on 2/2/22 and have been left so empty without him. I’ve always had a few abilities to feel things around me and a knowing of things about to happen….so I actually felt my hubby visit me a few days after his passing and requested frequent visits…..much to my surprise, I would feel him coming when I was thinking of him….then I decided to request him to come during the afternoon: I started to call upon Archangel Michael to visit at that time too. I would hold out my hand and feel my hubby’s energy hold my hand, I would gather extra love and send it to Archangel Michael to disburse into the world where there was pain and suffering and that needed to feel love….I hope it went to areas where needed……it may sound silly, but at least I hope our love is making people feel an itsy bitsy better…..Ahhhh

Thank you for summing up these experiences many of us have had but do not talk about. All 6 of my brothers and sisters were around my mom when she passed last year. Each with their own level of knowledge or fear of the passing over process and after life. The higher the vibration, the better acceptance and dealing with grief.
Animals do the same when they pass. Some pass when owners are present, some don't want owners there. It's a personal journey. 💙🌏

That book by “Life After Life” by Raymond Moody was my saving grace after my near death experience in 1978. It helped me understand what I had experienced and helped me come out of serious depression and kept me sane. NDEs weren’t talked about back then out of fear that you’d be accused of being crazy. Fortunately, we’ve come a long way since then and talking about the NDE only helps us understand that this life isn’t all there is.

My Mother had lost 2 children about 20 years before I was born, and I remember when I was around 10 having a visit from an older man and a male child who begged me to come with him so I could play with him. He said he missed me. They were dressed in white angel like robes. I told him I wanted to stay on earth and they vanished and I never saw them again.

Thank God I still have my parents (mid-late 70's), however, the most painful grief I've ever experienced with regards to death is watching the deterioration and death of my beloved cats (I know many will not understand this and also many will), but I wasn't able to carry pregnancies and be a mother (lost 2 pregnancies), so my cats were/are my babies (I adopted two kitties who'll turn 2 years old this January.) When my beloved Sabrina passed back in August 2018 at 15.5 y.o. I sort of "lost it" for 11 months....I went from being a staunch Atheist to going back to the Catholic Church (I am *very* liberal, that must be said).....then I lost Sabrina's mother, Toonces, who passed at 20 years old last Christmas. I had them both cremated and I have their urns/ashes with me. The topic of death has always intrigued me. Nowadays I'm a simple spiritual person....I believe Christ was a good man, and I know there must be a higher power somehow. There will be answers one day. When I was 12 I had just begun my first menstrual period, and hemorrhaged losing 4.5 pints of blood. I have the rarest blood on earth, and my hospital didn't have my blood type at their bank....so my blood was flown by helicopter 2 states away and I was given a blood transfusion. The 1st & 2nd blood transfusions failed (too much info, sorry: the blood gushed out of me all at once the moment I stood up, splashing all over the floor, walls, all the way up to the ceiling.) My Doctor told my parents to plan my funeral as I was not to live past that night. The priest was called in for my last rites. There was enough blood left for a third transfusion and it "miraculously" yet unexpectedly took. I was put on seven birth control pills a days to control the bleeding, and after visiting many Hematologists, I never hemorrhaged again. The reason of the hemorrhage remains a mystery today, and as mentioned above I was not able to carry pregnancies to term. I always had painful & heavy periods, and at 35 decided to have a partial Hysterectomy (due to Stage 4 Endometriosis and Adenomyosis.) I don't fear death for myself, but I know a few of my older family members do fear it. My dear cousin is 3 years younger than I, a mother of 4 and she's currently battling terminal cancer. She's incredibly brave, always has been. She is the sister I always wanted, and I hope she will go peacefully. That is the best thing we can hope for our loved ones, an easy passing. Thank you again, Maryann. I can't bear the thought of human or animal suffering. I wish peace for all. Thank you for letting me share my thoughts, stories. You are incredibly helpful. My friend’s parents were both elderly and not doing well. He was in and out of town to check on them but I didn’t know how close to death his mother was.
I woke up abruptly in the middle of the night, tossing, turning and could not get back to sleep. Something told me to check the local obituaries and there was his mother’s obituary which had been published that prior evening. I said okay, I got the message and went back to sleep.
I sent a message the next day that I would be at the funeral. He and I have been in a relationship ever since. I believe his mother woke me up that night and guided me to find her obituary because she wanted us to be together and he agrees. That was 2 1/2 years ago.
His dad passed away 2 months later.
The soul that chose to come back as an Indian kid rummaging through Landfills to find some thing they can sell to buy food, the African women drying out mud to eat because terrorist will not allow any rice to be delivered. Hard lesson Thank you Maryann, for your compassion and love for humankind.

Thank you Maryann. How truly grateful I am I have access to your wisdom, comfort and loving energy. Just when I hear your voice I know it’s all going to be ok and I’m going to be ok. I don’t need to fuss about the mysteries of life. I just have to surrender myself to faith. I have experience of sensing a spiritual realm around. I can’t say I can identify them. I’ve wondered if our pets see spirits we can’t. Even the chinchilla I have now follows movement and stares at things I can’t see. Also I wonder about past lives. There are things about me that make no sense. In my late 30s I started having an intense desire to smoke cigars. I wasn’t around cigar smokers. I never smoked anything. Finally I got a cigar and smoked it like I’d I’d been smoking them my whole life. Literally it felt like thank God this finally feels like me. I blamed it on early menopause. I’ve yet to come across a desire to smoke cigars as being a symptom of menopause. There are places I yearn to visit I’ve never been to. There are people I suspect I’ve known before. I think that it just wasn't my time to experience the other side and visitors from my past. I certainly believe in the fact of near death events that people have. Strong emotions seem to keep spirits earthbound.

I really HOPE the afterlife is real. I lost my husband & son in ‘98, and my mom helped me through it. Then I lost my mom in ‘06, but I feel like she shows up by giving me a sign when I need her most, like a white dove 🕊️ or when the music box inside a doll she gave me started playing at just the right moment, when I was so distressed. But I still find it so hard to dial down my left brain and believe.
Hi Maryann! Our former home had a friendly ghost watching over us and the house. He had been the chauffeur of the family who built the house. Before I knew of him, I saw him one night while I was anxiously alone. It comforted me to see him. Decades later, a neighbor confirmed who he was and how he was dressed!

My sister and I had not left our father’s side, the day he was rushed into hospital. Later in the evening, we left briefly to buy sandwiches as we hadn’t eaten all day. On our return, the nurse took us to a private room, to tell us that dad had passed. We couldn’t believe it happened the moment we briefly stepped away. We understand why now. We were asked if we wanted to see Dad and I firmly declined. I had never seen a ‘dead’ person and I wasn’t going to see our beloved father like that. My sister eventually persuaded me that it would be a good idea - thankfully. I sat beside the bed, with my hand gently touching his arm. In that moment, I had a realisation that his essence, his soul, his spirit, had moved on. This was not the soul that was my father. It was a moment of enlightenment for me and I am grateful for it. Thank you Maryann. You are a gift to the world and I am grateful for you too. 🙏

She was starting to rise up in the air
on the observation tower and he had to grab her and pull her down.
Then, they saw an enactment and went to the parks service building and asked when the next enactment was and the man told them there were no enactments in the Winter. They are in the Summer about July 3rd.
