Walking from MGM Grand to MGM Signature How Far away is the MGM Grand? Las Vegas Condotel

The MGM Signature is a Condotel or a "condo hotel". This means it is a high rise condo that is set up to be run as a hotel. Owners can chose to live there full time, keep their unit as a vacation home or chose to rent the unit nightly when they are not using it.
Airbnb is allowed in the MGM Signature. In the video you will find all fees associated with the HOA dues and fees for renting your unit as a short term rental. If you have any questions please leave comments and I will do my best to respond to everyone.

MGM Grand has a full casino. You can live in MGM Signature full time or you can rent. It’s the owners choice. Renting is not mandatory. 👍

do you know what tower your placed in if you book a room just a 3 night vacation through their website? we're going in october to see wutang in concert at MGM grand and I don't really want us being super far like tower 3!

i have not, but we settled on staying at the mgm grand we've stayed there twice in the past and loved it everytime, plus we'd be closer to the convention center at mgm grand (i think? signature is probably closer now that i'm thinking about it.)@@TheBrokerLife
