ദേവരാജൻ ഇളയരാജ തുടങ്ങിയ സംഗീത ചക്രവർത്തിമാർ അംഗീകരിച്ച, പുകഴ്ത്തിയ ഒരു ലെജൻഡ് ആണ് ഇദ്ദേഹം. ഓരോ പാട്ടിലും ഒരു കവിതയുടെ ആ മാധുര്യം അറിയാം,
ഋതുഭേദ കല്പനയാണ് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ കേട്ടത് , എത്രയോ മികച്ച പാട്ടുകൾ എന്നിട്ടും വലിയ കവികളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെയൊന്നും അധികമാർക്കും അറിയില്ല. പക്ഷെ എത്ര നല്ല കവിതയായാലും അത് നല്ല പാട്ടാകാൻ സംഗീതം നന്നാവണം എന്ന സത്യം ഒരുവെണ്ണിലാ പൂക്കാലം എന്ന പാട്ട് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ഓർത്തു പോയി
ഒരുപാട് ഗൃഹാതുരത്വം ഉണർത്തുന്ന സാറിൻ്റെ പാട്ടുകൾ എന്നും മനസ്സിൽ ഉണ്ടാകും. എത്ര തവണ കേട്ടാലും ഇഷ്ടം കൂടി കൂടിവരും. കുറി വരച്ചാലും..എന്ന philosophical പാട്ടും വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമാണ്.
സാറിന് സുഖമാണോ...? ഞാൻ ഇജാസ്. കുറെ തവണ നമ്മൾ ഫോണിൽ സംസാരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്
