I was with him when he passed away from stomach cancer on July 26, 2010 just 13 days after his 67th birthday. I can still feel the pain of him being gone but he will always have a place in my heart. He taught me everything I know. I can still feel his presence today. Dad I love you and miss you very much.

My Father was a great man he was 63 and died of cancer.He served in the Army from 1965-1991 was drafted in 65 and served in vietnam from 65-68 he never spoke out against the war or had any regrets fighting the war.He rose to rank very quicky as a army solider.He made sgt.major at the age of 36 and retired as a commanding sgt.major in 91.I remember everyday as a child when i go to school he be outside to salute the flag.I miss you daddy!
