I have been studying Mr Paulson for years and I thank him very much for his skills. He has a big part of building my grappling skills. Thank you again, sir. I would love to come out and train with you and your students one day.

Just about all the grappling I've learned is from you Erik! Thank you!

Paulson is fantastic. An encyclopedia of combat skills. I would love to train with him someday, even for just one class. Even in my not so conditioned, retired state I would still learn so much from the experience.

Thank you, Coach Paulson, your holistic method is so insightful! So many people teach that lock so superficially, because they don't understand the Three Joint Nature of the lock. Thank you for putting out so much valuable content! Osu!

+ Counter and counter to the Counter. 🔥

The 2nd counter is directly from jack mountford as well. And at the end, you said if you learn a technique from someone, give a shout out to them but you never knowingly you got those 2 counter techniques from Vic Jones in his Lancashire Catcb Wrestling group which you are a apart of, because I've seen you post your own videos in that group too.
You can do better than that, Erik, give the lad the credit like you said mate.
