There were some parts that went by quickly so I did spend about a few hours just going back and forth in the video, but perhaps I'm just rusty. REGARDLESS, this was a great beginner-level video and having experienced Figma for the first time today, I felt pretty confident. I'm in my late 30's and I've realized I don't want to spend the rest of my life coding; I don't know that I have a future there. But having an eye for design (at least I'd like to think I do), I think I want to give this a go. Great video, and thanks again.
I'm busy with your essentials course, and already bought the advance to do after this. I'm currently upskilling to change careers, as I've been super interested in UX Design. I was taking a lunch break and didn't want to break my momentum, so I watched this video and took a lot of valuable notes down, before returning to the course again. Happy to say the momentum stayed!
Love you sir , First of all, I would like to say that you are an amazing person - I am amazed how you made such a beautiful website without word press and without web development! Well, on the second place, tell me one thing, where should people who are beginners and those whose education is not so good, start? We had only heard the name of graphic designing that just do it and everything will come to you, please tell us one that we can start and then we will get almost everything in it.
Thank you sir for this wonderful video just now a couple of weeks ago i purchased your whole figma advance course and learning everything about figma because i want to become ui ux designer but looking for a portfolio how can I create a good portfolio to show case my all work which i learned from you so many thanks for this video is very helpful and so much informative thank you sir ❤
At 2:29 you said you're going to use the "desktop version" (instead of the browser version), then... and maybe I'm wrong, but.. kinda looks like you're using the browser version anyway.
Good spotting! I 100% thought I was for a little while 🤣 Part the way through the video recording I realised my mistake. It just shows how close the 2 are. I couldn't tell the difference. 😄

@@BringYourOwnLaptop Oh.. I see you actually mention that a few minutes later! Didn't have time to watch the entire thing until now... whooops!
I have a question, why use frames and not normal shape tool for the inner boxes
Can you make course on design in figma?
Will this full course be on Skillshare?
Can I have a dedicated domain for this?
ok, how do we create the contact page, an interactive contact page?
It is so sad Steve Jobs died from Figma
