Beginner: Capture One - Isolate background and fix exposure

This is a brief beginner tutorial showing people how to improve a RAW photos by creating an extra layer in Capture One 22, creating a mask, and then using a mask to lower the highlights and exposure of the background separate from the subject.
*Note: When painting a mask, you can right-click to bring up the Adjustment Brush Settings. It allows you to change Size, Hardness, Opacity, and Flow.
When using the Magic Brush, right-click to adjust size, opacity, and tolerance. You can also use keyboard shortcuts to adjust the brush size. Use "[" to make the brush size smaller, and use "]" to make the brush size bigger.
