Oh, wow! I reckon this is the oldest Spain On A Fork video I've seen.

Compare this video with your recent update (ruclips.net/video/BeFjbXX9d48/видео.html) and it's like watching the difference between a middle-school home economics class and a professional chef.

Quick question, why you used vegetable broth while other chefs use chicken broth and some use only hot water, please can you help to understand whats difference makes to the flavor of the soup?

I chose veggie broth because in my opinion it gives the soup a better flavor, chicken broth gives it a meaty type flavor and hot water doesn´t really do much to it

Is it necessary to add paprika to this soup? Or can I make it without paprika?

The paprika adds an incredible spanish flavor, but you can skip it if you wish, much love and happy new year!
