I took one look at my Pickle kit and decided not to paint it and sold it. Then I bought one made. Sometimes you just have to walk away from your work and come back. I totally get it! I’m such a perfectionist I don’t always enjoy painting. If I had youth on my side it would help.
At the rate you are going with painting you will have it down soon. The key I think is to keep painting as much as you can. I have found you can quickly forget what you did if months go by. Happy Trails with your art!❤❤❤
I think you did a great job on her skin tone i couldn't imagine painting my own baby you should of seen me thinking i could swirl the ceiling with two different paint colors 😅

If you don’t mind a suggestion I would go lighter on the brows. I use very sharp prisma pencils for eyebrows. But that’s my preference. When I purchase a reborn the brows will be a deciding factor sometimes when I buy one. Your brow placement is perfect and a lot of people get that wrong. Do you remember Jacqueline from Jacqueline’s Baby Doll Daycare? I learned so much from her. A final purple wash will make all the colors pop. Painting can be exhausting. I have a Lottie kit I do not plan on painting. It’s not original though. I ended up having one made.❤❤❤❤
Yes I definitely will take suggestions, and I'm big on the brows too. I think prisma pencils are great. And I have started with those for placement but felt they needed to be painted on because the prisma was too light. But maybe I will try that on the next baby and paint them on. I appreciate the help I really do.

They are great compared to the ones I did when I started. Just stay at it and you will just get better and better.😊

I also learned from Jacqueline that a toothpick with paint on it (flesh 08) helps with nail tips.
