ഈ ലൈസൻസ് കൊണ്ട് ഒരിക്കലും കേരളത്തിലോ ഇന്ത്യയിലോ ഉള്ള ഇൻലാന്റ് വാട്ടറിൽ (കായൽ, പുഴ ) ഓടിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല. ഇവർ ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ഇൻലാന്റ് ലൈസൻസ് നൽകാൻ അംഗീകാരം ഉള്ളവർ അല്ല.
കേരളത്തിൽ ലൈസൻസ്, ട്രെയിനിങ് (IV Act 2021 & Rules 2022) നൽകാൻ ഉള്ള ഡെസിഗ്നേറ്റഡ് അതോറിറ്റി കേരള മാരിടൈം ബോർഡ് ആണ്
YAI is internationally recognised. For private / personal use it is accepted all over India. You may be right for commercial operations.We plan to file an RTI on this.

ഇയാളുടെ ഈ ലൈസൻസ് കൊണ്ട് ഇവിടെ ബോട്ട് ഓടിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. എന്തെങ്കിലും അപകടം പറ്റി കേസ് കോടതിയിൽ എത്തിയാൽ ഈ ലൈസൻസ് കോടതി സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല 🙏

ഇവിടെ ലൈസൻസ് കൊടുക്കുന്നത് MMD ( mercantile marine dep ) um Kerala inland vessel ഉം ആണ്.. (ഇപ്പോ KIV മാറി വരുന്ന june മുതൽ IV ആകും )ആണ്.

The "YAI - PBH Certification" is valid in India & recognized internationally. KIV License & Master Class from the MMD will be all included in the upcoming IIV, Govt. Of India. Positively, all will be included.
Apart from all the "Bureaucratic Processes", the "Quality" been "delivered" as part of the "YAI - PBH Training & Certification" is astounding. That's the "reality" for only those who have "undergone" this "YAI - PBH Training & Certification". 🚤 ⛵️
