Off The Grid Expeditions Baja Uncharted - Day 1

Off the Grid Expeditions Baja Uncharted, Day 1 of 5. We trailered down  and crossed the border into Mexico at Tecate. From there it was a mix of roads and fast double track as we got used to the machine (CanAm Turbo RR). We felt a nasty high speed vibration that ended up resulting in a broken ball joint pretty early in the day. Thankfully the badass trail support got us back and rolling after some quick trailside fab magic. From there it was up through the pine forest and rocky desert before heading back to the highways to hit a local taco stand. All fueled-up, we headed back out for some fun, but dusty, trails on the way to San Felipe. Greg decided he must go whip some high speed sand drifts (“This is where we flip, right?”) with the group before hitting the hotel for dinner, drinks and shit talking with the crew.
