Hello Harish. You can get it from your municipality or ward office whereby it simply needs to state your city, ward and country of residence, your name and DOB. They usually have a format so you can just appear and request for the document. Translated certificates will imply that they are officially translated ( from those who are eligible to perform the official translation).

Hello there 👋 yes, you can go to your host (coordinator university) country if you wish (to the best of my knowledge). Most of the students prefer staying in their second year host country but I think it’s also possible you go back to your first host country too based on the preference you have.
