i have necro(1.4 reso) with dot damage focus build but crit chance is low.. and both my armor pen. and potency are below difficulty level....which should i focus more, on potency or armor pen. to have good dps in pve/pvp???
Generally armor pen would increase your DPS faster since crit chance is easy to get. You can checkout essences from bone armor and borrowed time. However, as you said your build revolves around dots, potency would be better especially in PvP
