When our boys were little, we would take off on a Saturday early morning, and go day trippin, where we would take a long drive, find a cute area, and walk around, find good food, and just see what the place had to offer. The boys loved it, and I truly miss doing this stuff. 😊❤

I wish UK Scotland would be more dog friendly in terms of hotels as when I ask they always say no, and around the world to be completely honest. They have a lot to learn from the USA. I'm yet to find one that is where I live. I have epilepsy and Asperger's and although my dog is not technically trained for detection of a b or c she can and does when I'm about to have a seizure. Has to do with a chemical released similar to how dogs can generally sniff a diabetic person when they're having a hypo. I got told off the bus by a Karen just simply cause I was trying to reach for a button to press for my bus stop and my dog (she's a small breed and hypoallergenic as I have asthma too, I digress about my health) and she was like get that disgusting dog away from me; I went into a panic attack having autism. Even left some of my clothes like hat and scarf and gloves as it was the middle of the winter with snow. She shouldn't have reacted like that. I was petrified. Still am. The bus company never did anything to help me either or find my belongings. I - yes having epilepsy and autism and having to rely on the poor public system that there is and on top of that you have to hear from soulless people, it's, they deserve a special spot, in hell.
I get the strangest deep nostalgia about Parhump (including your Pink Panther theme) and Death Valley, yet I’ve never been there. It feels like I was there in the 70’s as an adolescent but I wasn’t even born until 1980 so that’s impossible! I know this is a weird comment but it’s just sooo strong that it’s tripping me out. Anyway, you’re such a natural at vlogging Sandee! It’s always great to see you and Jerid!

I would imagine that you would love it, but it did air before your time so I'm not sure if you are familiar. If you want to check it out, you can still listen to it on popular podcast apps. He was such a cool guy and lived and broadcasted out of his house in Pahrump. When I visited the area, I drove by his house and was surprised to see how modest it was. He always used to say, "Coming to you from the high desert..." Loved the fun hotel tour, Sandee!
I had a friend who use to work at Color Me Mine, in LA. She’d always sent me texts about how they’d forget to pay their water bill and other ridiculous mishaps. Though, it’s been over a decade - I’m sure they got better management, by now, lol.

I guess it's been so long since I been to color me mine but I was shocked to hear that they made you guys wait to receive your end product because back in either 2000 or 2001 was when I went with my mom and a few of her friends for a birthday celebration at color me mine and we're able to get our end product the same day. I suppose that personal fast service is no longer available due to possibly a high influx of costumers/guess they receive nowadays compare to the 00's era of when the business was super small & it was either word of mouth and or living in/around the area because back then color me mine was simply a small super small business but a business obviously on the up & coming level..

One of my FAVORITE bands EVER (as well as friends and former clients), out of Los Angeles, is named ‘Badwater.’ I’ll have to ask if they chose their name, because of this place. I’ll even tag one of their videos - maybe you all would like their music. They use to put on one helluva live show. My first time ever seeing ‘em live, was at Crazy Girls, on La Brea, lol. I didn’t even know they had bands there - I thought it was only strippers. What a show. Though, I always loved to watch ‘em at my favorite venue - The Viper Room.
I never made it to Death Valley when I lived in LA. I was convinced if I drove over there on my own my car for sure would break down and I would not survive. 😂 So freaking weird.
