I have a fanmade level, its level -68332…, it’s a orphanage that a smiler chases you down in it, baby smilers can be seen rushing down the hallway, to get here you have to find a orphanage on level 11 and set it on fire before entering it, the orphanage level will not be on fire but it will be a infinite hallway and no doors work, to escape you have to let yourself die to the entity to be sent to level heck/hell, or you can go in a bright red door to be sent to level 7s deep ocean waters, but there is another new entity, it seems to be a fire entity which just is always behind you whispering “what have you done” and “you deserve death”, to escape alive that is you need to go into a dead end and noclip through it to get to level 11.2736 which in a short summary is level 11 but every orphanage is on fire and all entitys say “you should die” before killing you, another entity is the crawlers which stalk you in the windows and chase you on level 11.2736, if anybody has questions reply them to me

Forgot to add but if you just burn down a orphanage but don’t enter it you will be sent to level “you deserve it” which is level 11 which has a rating of 5e and 5, the entitys no matter what will try to kill you and the environment is just. Death. It’s a version of level 11 but everything is abandoned and on fire and every entity in the backrooms can be found there including level exclusive entitys that would be only on their home level but they are also here

So very interestingly awsome video and backrooms level, I really liked and enjoyed it.
I got a ton of inspiration for my retro vintage 1920s through the early to mid 2000s, beta content,cut content,unused content,mods,romhacks,glitches and out of bounds of the Zelda breath of the wild,tears of the kingdom and tge windwaker, super mario 64 and the backrooms as well as liminal spaces inspired new re-edited writing projects, that Im in the middle of writing interconnected story #1 for.

Im working on creating my own sunkenland inspired level for the backrooms inspired dimension, that I created for my stories, that I named 'Anemoialius LiminalVerse Expanse', thats also known as 'The BackSpace Exploration Domain of Liminality Dimension'.
The name that I chose for the sunkenland inspired level is 'The Ossa WaterWorks Emporium and PipeWorks FacilityPark', its also known as 'Ossa WaterWorks ParkCistern'.
Within the Ossa WaterWorks ParkCistern LevelZone, are various different pools,water slides,lazy rivers,water ride attractions,waterfalls ,wave pools, diving boards and pool play equipment.
At the entrance to the Ossa WaterWorks ParkCistern LevelZone is a large open plaza filled with a foot of water with a island fountain at the center and atop the fountain hanging slightly off the edge is a old glitchy pirate ship, that is off limits due to how glitchy and volatile it is and that ship is called 'The SS. Ossa.
The name of the plaza is WetDry Plaza LevelZone Lobby.

I've known about it for a long time but just recently I've really begun to watch videos. This by far is one of, if not my favorite backrooms channel. But I have to know because there are so many YT channels and reddit posts and so on, that have backroom footage, and there are so many levels that one thing I need to ask is... are these levels uniformed? What I mean is, does each YT channel creator just make up their own levels and what happens on those levels, or is there an actual list of levels that everyone follows? Like if I said level 88 would everyone know that level and the entities that make it up? Or could I just make up my own level 88 and share it with people. I don't have nor do I think I'm going to have a YT channel and if I did I wouldn't start making content on The Backrooms, but I'm just curious. I think either answer would be cool.
