Y’all had a great girls day out over at the mall. I love going to the mall myself too, and I haven’t been to the mall in a very long time over in the Woodlands in Texas since when I was a little girl.
The girls are learning the value of working for what they want. Your chore system with the reward of cash teaches them budgeting skills, shopping and having to know to be careful with choices so they can get the most for the money are real life skills. Stella knew exactly what she wanted to do with her money and stuck to that idea. She's just six and already knows not to waste money if you have a goal in mind. She also realizes she has to save money to get the next thing she wants. Such good parenting! You don't just buy them stuff because they "NEEEED" it. Lol
Im so happy stella didnt get the drunk elephant or rare beauty blush! She is 6 !! She doesnt need it!!! Glad you let quince and hallie be there because an appropriate age to go is 11+ which is mostly when puberty hits. They dont NEED it but its definitely handy. Livvy and stella dont need it yet! There 6 and 9!! All they would need is chapwtick and maybe for livvy some lip gloss and water. Thanks chelsea for keeping there skin delicate and healthy!❤
