Not just height, he has incredible stability in his jumping and a very fast swing and topspin, incredible potential. I hope he gains experience and learns the precision which Ishikawa and Ran still have over him.
He already improved in his reception too, not as good as Ran and Yuki yet but he's not a liability in defense anymore. He's got great potential, so good to see his immense progress.
I am very happy to see Masato Kai being in the starting line-up.. Maybe it gives him a little pressure but pushes him to work harder. His confidence is shown in every spike he made.. he has a great potential to be a superstar someday. He is young, talented, humble and very willing to learn more.. I can't wait to see more of him❤
