I'm sorry, but I think that thought process is a huge issue in society today. The only people responsible are the ones who made the video. There are like 4 MILLION videos posted daily. It's free to watch content and most advertisements are skippable, so we contribute nothing. Screening that much content close enough to catch everything would be astronomically expensive. Could they do a better job at keeping some content down? I'm sure they could, there's usually always room for improvement. Is RUclips to blame? Absolutely not.

If they banned all footage of people driving, they could keep all racing videos down. If they banned all parkour videos, it would help to keep kids from getting hurt. See where I'm going with this? Any decent person would say this is cruel, but this particular issue may not affect everyone as it does you. To rectify this one issue I don't think they should ban old ladies from posting cute videos of their cats, or a farmer from posting videos caring for his animals, for example, or the millions of other animal videos that are completely harmless that tons of people get enjoyment from.

If there is no credible proof other than the commenter just doesn't like what they see, RUclips is going to ignore the report.
