AD User Cannot Delete File Folder but can edit files

Hi, after enabling the options, users are not able to delete (which is good); but they are not able to rename files/folders as well (which is bad). how can we resolve this?

Major hassle is that documents can not be edited and saved using MS Office applications.

Yes you can. But it should be folder and under this folder y can add word excel and PowerPoint
