Hello. I'm a second year electrician with some experience in PLCs and mechatronics, but still have a lot to learn. Could you recommend any good books or resources for engineering/ mechatronics?
+Manith Chenda Hi, 1. Inductive for sensing aluminium parts. 2. Capacitive for detecting aluminium and nylong parts at the end of conveyor line. 3. Infrared sensors for detecting parts on two slides.
drill the cylinder( size of the cylinder 50mm dia and 50mm height) drill depth 5mm and drill size 5mm and 7mm two drill same part different place distance between two hole 10mm . thanks and pls send design
Hello, How did you interface the LCD display with the plc and where did you get the conveyor belt. Thanks very much! Woww you didnt use a PLC but something like Arduino

oh i see, we're planning to propose this mechatronics idea for our final year project, but we're thinking about the cost, anyway thank you for the response.
Initially it was planned in such a way that it could be controlled by PLC or uController. By the time when project was halfway through it was obvious that there is too much work involved, so we decided to drop the PLC part. Although, we left all the connections available for PLC interface (future project expansion). Basically, we ended up with three uConrollers: 1: for LCD control, 2: stepper motor driver/controller, and 3: main system controller. These three were program with C.
The idea here was to be able to switch from PIC control to PLC control. The two 16F88 PICs were used to control stepper motor and LCD screen separately because the basic PLCs do not have this option, and it would just send some high/low signal to 16F88 to perform some action. The whole process was controlled by 18F4480 which could be disabled by switching on the PLC conrol option. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time implement the PLC part into this project.
@@praytherosaryeveryday2709 If you are good at maths then you'll find it relatively easy. Programming is a big part of it too. At the end, just like in any other course you'll have to study hard in order to get good marks. The good thing about this course is that there are plenty of job opportunities at the end of the tunnel :)
@@Hardworkingas hii, i am thinking to work on this project. Would it be difficult 4 u to share some PDF, blueprint for the project or the coding & connection portion.. anything regarding this project.
If this was made from scratch: holy shit hats off
very cool. good job. I'm looking for ideas for my very own final year project.

amazing work!!!!!
nice project..can you give me plan for made this project..because I'm sduent want to made this final project level 4
what is the price of total project
Very good 💚💚💚💚💚💚
Great job!
Is this a final year project?? How many times you got for projects?
Couldn't be better music.
I know the background music: How it's made
can you explain the working principles of this model?
Very cool project. You got skillz!
hi can u give more details for this project
Hanzhen harmonic drive gear ,
robot gear joint,
over 30 years experience
Great project, man! Cheers! You have the exact sirname as me Andrej. What kind of PLC did you use here?
We have not used the PLC, it is completely based on PIC microcontrollers. PLC inputs and outputs were left there for the future system development.
kamal ker ditta. i am working with PLC
Hi! Your project is very cool. I'm a newbie. Can you list down the sensors using in this project? Thank you in advance :D

Nice. Thank you!
fantastic.........
please possible pdf for this project bcoz im looking for idea to do final project . tq
Sir supar
drill the cylinder( size of the cylinder 50mm dia and 50mm height) drill depth 5mm and drill size 5mm and 7mm two drill same part different place distance between two hole 10mm . thanks and pls send design
Sounds like how it's made lol. But anyway nice project mate!
What could be the price range for this project can u give me the deatils of this project
Hello, How did you interface the LCD display with the plc and where did you get the conveyor belt. Thanks very much! Woww you didnt use a PLC but something like Arduino

Hi,
I used PIC 16F88 to talk to LCD display. The belt was made from 1.3 mm standard gasket material

Can you please share what is the PLC and other electric board that you use for this project ?
DID you need a relay to connect a dc motor ?
No, DC motor was controlled with PWM using NMOSFET
Can we use Nodmcu as a controller?
It won't have enough I/O pins. I used PIC microcotroller with 40 pins
@@Hardworkingas Ya sir its true, Thank you sir..
.
Thanks you. verry good.
how much does it cost in total?
Won't be able to say that as most of the materials were provided by the college and the rest was custom made.

Hi, Just wondering where about you got the conveyor belt? Thanks
It is made from 1.3 mm standard gasket material used in industrial application for sealing around panel doors or motor housings
Programming language used to program the PIC ?
C
PVC?
What is the name of project
You used some custom micro-controller to replicate PLC, how did you program those and why did you decide to use them instead of a PLC?

Cam you send me the pdf and ckt diagram of these project
what PLC are you using
PLC part was not imlemented. The project is controlled only by PIC uC.
Plz send this project information in pdf
Awesome work !!! Can i have the source files for this project ? Thanks in advance .
NO, you can't.
What was the intention to upload on RUclips if you wish not to disclose any details on the project
To present their finished work. What, did you want them to write your paper too?
What plc did u use
I used two: 16F88 and 18F4480
Hardworkingas why didnt u use 1 modular plc?

Can you share me the main circuit diagram of this whole project with readings of parameters used in it?
Can I have this things flow charts? I have to try to do :)
Nice bgm. Should have had a woman voice over it
Sir can i know All the materials needed in this project ? pls ? thanks :)
what kind of sorter do you used?
The blocks were sorted using inductive sensor. Blocks made of aluminum and nylon.
