I have to say this plugin has a lot of potential that I don't see in others since it's barely new you could run into lack of functionality really quick but its understandable at this moment. I see this plugin changing the game if it brings membership features (post control, Combos assigned to each user, to allow or deny certain options; limitation on posts submission, deletion, Combo "upgrades" in case the user wants to change to a different level or Combo.,. I cant wait for this plugin to improve for some of my clients projects. Keep it up crocoblock

1. How to use / access repeater fields through front end forms?
2. How to select multiple items in the select field in the front end form?
3. How to disable/control dates in the forms. For example, if I want a date field for post-expiration, then the form should hide all the dates before the current date.

1. Repeater fields can't be used in the Forms
2. The Select type implies only one selection. Guess, you need to try the Checkboxes one.
3. Sorry, there's no such functionality within our Forms

Nice functionality. It would be great if you would be able to show hide fields based on User Roles. For example a client submits a post for approval and a editor can update the status in a front end form with the status field visible only to them.

@@Crocoblock same thing here. User Profile should have some posts control. I run into this scenario really quick. Control hoy many posts each user can submit at least. I imagine a membership type of game here where each user could be assigned to a group or Pack (gold, silver, bronze.. customs packs) and admin can control these settings so then each user can do more or less. This will bring in lot of power

1. Can we make profile with woocommerce pages (orders, downloads, adress etc). To replace original woocommerce profile?

I've been using toolset for quite some time now but wanted to give this plugin a try, mainly the fact that it integrates with elementor so well. One thing I'm very surprised is not implemented (or maybe I'm just not seeing the option) is creating a post relationship with front end forms. I think that's almost the most important feature, if not the only reason you would need front end forms. For example, if I have a custom post type of "events" and a user wants to add their "concert" as a child of the parent events... It's just a lot more work for the site admin to have to manually connect those posts.

Actually, there's a way to use the established relations between posts in a Form, so that upon its submission, data would have saved in the child post. @@Crocoblock Thanks for the reply, I will try that. Another thing, I've noticed that when in elementor, if you select dynamic content for any widget, the only options are jetengine options. I write a lot of my own custom shortcodes in php and having the option to use data from a shortcode for widgets was very important. Is there any way that I can allow dynamic content from other sources, in particular, shortcodes or is it restricted to just jet engine?

minutes 5:50, is the "Ads" post type you have selected, exists already in jetEngine or we must create a post type that we name ads or something else?

Hi @Rob Lilley :) You can set Post's status in the Notification Settings block: prntscr.com/qr54gq , therefore you can select whether the post will be published at once, or it will be saved as a draft, for example :)

@@Crocoblock what a shame, this is a game changer if you add this ability. I mean, there are many cases where a frontend user would need the ability to delete a post.. For example if you have a property letting agents website and they have many agents working for them, then the agent should have the ability to delete a post on the front end!

Nice tutorial, and feature. This might work for my current project, which is the ability for a user to CREATE / EDIT / DELETE a "Profile Page". That is the only thing a user will be able to do. No ability to make any posts. Would it be possible for Crocoblock to create a tutorial showing how to do this?

@@Crocoblock 100% this. For anything such as a directory listing, the ability to integrate payments is a must-have. Whether that's setting up a free/premium account level for users to become 'members' of whatever is being created, or in your car example, user can add say 1 car (free), but to add 1 additional car, they have to pay 'X' , or to add 2+ cars they have to pay 'Y'

I really like the JET plugins, but unfortunately this Appointment plugin doesn't work !!!! It has a bug in the Calendar, simply it closes some days of the months, example May, days 05, 21, 27 are blocked and do not allow to make the reservation, and do not tell me that the error is in the configuration as it is not. ..

Hi! I'm not sure if I got your question correctly. The logged in user (the owner on account) can add a new post. Another user should do that using his account. If you want to show all the posts to all site visitors, you can create a page and showcase them.

Hello, I created a frontend form where I have repeated fields! I save them, and when I enter the post backend I see that it is saved, but then you want to edit it with another edit form! Load all the data except the repeater, why is that? They are saved but it does not show them to me, and therefore I cannot edit it from the frontend. How is it done?

When a submission fails (for, let's say, using an username that is already being used), the Post-submit action for sending mails should not send any email, but it is sending. Is there any configuration needed to enforce validation before sending the email?

We have worked with several post submission plugins that provide user front end posting. I have to say that this is very impressive. Is their a way to incorporate both custom post types and Wordpress taxonomies (categories and tags) and Elementor theme options as part of this system to create more complex functionality? Can this plugin integrate a submission payment mechanism as well? Nice job guys.

Is there a way to have the taxonomies grouped nicely when using a select field? Currently parent and child categories are inline. I would like the sub-category to be indented and under the main category and not all in one straight list

Nice Video & Features ! As I saw, the 'Featured image' and gallery pictures needs to be set separately. I personally think, it is better to have the featured image automatically set from the 1st image from uploaded gallery or another mechanism to select from the uploaded gallery. Frontend submission could so much easier for us users. Why doesn't each post type come with a PRE-CONFIGURED FORM, for creating and editing posts? No more back-and-forth with matching fields between post type and forms! We would just check the fields we want to have in the form. Then rearrange and rename them as needed. Anyone?

@@Crocoblock Sure. In this video we see forms needing to be set from scratch. The radical new feature would be to have a preconfigured form for each post type. The form fields are already pre-created from the fields, taxonomies, and meta fields of the given form. They would be pre-matched for the insert-post action and the prefills for the edit post form. I would then just choose and re-arrange the forms fields I want to use.
There is no example, because you'd be the first ones to make frontend submissions finally easy!

@@Crocoblock - I like to allow user to make a front-end post with rich content. The “WYSIWYG” block doesn’t allow for images, indentation, font color, code, etcetera. It’s very limiting for anyone who doesn’t know HTML

Just add a Page break (prntscr.com/qqu5lz) under the Form's field to divide it into steps, and it will work perfectly :) Answering your question about WooCommerce, there's an option to select Products as a Post Type, and match the following fields: prnt.sc/qqu23n :)

Incredibly this has come to me as fallen from the sky. I am creating a car sales site and now my client wants an area for any user to register, paying a monthly payment and can pay to advertise their car. I am using woocomercee, and elementor + jetengine. Can I create a form where any registered user can upload their car to sell and that these data are entered into woocomerce products? Can this tutorial do that?
I ask because I didn't see that you selected woocomerce fields or attributes in the example.

There are plenty of ways you can achieve this. Here’s what you can do:
- add a Form that will send an email to a seller and administrator when the user submits a request;
- add a Form, which will create orders in the database for administrator, and at the same time send a notification email to a seller. Or, the administrator can contact the seller when the order is submitted;
- build Form’s integration via webhook and send either message to the administrator in WhatsApp, Facebook, or SMS when a new request from the user is received;
- display on a page a phone number, email, Facebook via adding a link to a seller, so that user can contact him directly.
Also, it’s possible to create an order system, which will be visible for an administrator and a seller. Each of them will see their orders and products only.
Plus, we’re working on new features. In the future (after a few updates) there will be a three-level orders system! Here’s what could be done:
Administrator level: he will see all the orders and manage them;
Seller level: he will see the orders with his Products, and he’ll be able to change orders’ status;
Buyer level: he will see all his orders from all the sellers.

Once I have added a new post in the back end the relations work perfectly, on the front end, the post submitting goes fine, but the relations between other post type doesn't work for me.
