Alicia, we've grown eggplants for years for my Italian mom to make eggplant parmesian. She always wanted me to pick them smaller because they are not so seedy inside and they are much sweeter when small. She also always peeled them before frying. The skin gets very chewy once fried and they are easier to eat without the skin. Oh, and slice them a little thinner. Just some suggestions from an eggplant lover. Keep up all that great fresh foods for those sweet girls! ❤
Their little personalities are so unique. Little GG likes to narrate her meals more and is very considerate of Mama and Dada. Ana seems to be more independent and gets in her little head more but when she has something to say she is quite decisive lol Love there girls 💜🩷
Alicia, as many others have said,thank you for sharing your kind and well behaved children with us each day. You are a dear family. I also want to thank you for sharing the details of the trays the girls used to make their plate faces. My grandchildren will be here for a week of Camp Oma soon, and the trays are perfect. They live near me and visit a good bit, but they have outgrown some of the “tools” we have always used. I know we will enjoy these new ones, and they should arrive before the children. There is a video from a few weeks ago, 'twins try stuffed flounder'. Corn was the side dish. It's definitely worth a watch.😊🌽💜🩷
I really love how these two eat such a variety of good food. They try pretty much everything that’s put in front of them. If they don’t like it, they tell mom or dad( don’t like it) Such good little girls that have quite a vocabulary and definitely good taste buds. ❤
