As far as I know, four people were behind this. Lungi Naidoo (the beauty at 0:43), Brian Temba (singer at 0:49), GB collective and choreographer/dancer Paul Modjadji. All the other artists were chosen afterwards, and they are all written down in the description of this video. I'm surprised this does not have more views and likes honestly.
