DANG! I just discovered your channel! This is probably the third video I've watched in a row--on the first video, it was an instant "subscribe." Thanks for sharing these cool and simple techniques. It is very helpful to see what can be done with materials people most likely already have in their stashes!
I love the tip of taking a dark marker to the side of the foam tape. I never would have thought to do so. All your cards are beautiful and I thank you for sharing them with us. 🇨🇦
Natasha, how could we not enjoy these cards and the making of them! I did't expect them to come out as striking as they did, boy what an outcome!!!! I learn quite a bit from you! Thank you!!!
I love these cards. I have a number of embossing folders and I have only seen people ink the inside of them but I was never happy with that technique. Thank you also for the tip about inking the foam.
How did I miss this card vid, Natasha?? Beautiful cards created... thank you for sharing! Stay safe; Happy New Year and all the BEST in 2021! 😘💫💕💫❄️🎊✨👍🏾🎈🥂
Natasha, Your cards turned out beautifully, I admit, I was a little wary at first, but love these ideas! Thank you also for the helpful tip in coloring the edge of the foam to match. That gives it a nice clean look. The stark contrast of the foam has always bothered me, but not anymore!!! Be well, and best wishes, Shauna from Oregon USA
I'm frustrated as heck because I have to go out in a few minutes but I really want to try this gorgeous technique. As always, your videos are a delight to see and hear. Thank you for all the inspiration you give us.
Awesome result with that embossing folder! I've tinkered with similiar inking techniques but never with watercolour and my embossing folders are very different to this one. I LOVE your cards. Thanks for sharing, I always learn something new and really enjoy watching you create. Cheers, Dotty 😊👍💕
I loved the combination of techniques. I have watched a dragging technique but not one where you lay the color down first, then emboss, then drag. I also liked the color combinations and dot embellishments. This was an all around great video!!!!
Love these! Wasnt sure when you first run the ink pad down, but once completed it was great. Project is fast., and I need more quick projects. Thanks so much for sharing.
STUNNING, Natasha! I LOVE THE FOLDER! And THE EASY ADDITION OF COLOR n’ VERSAFINE to create GORGEOUS pieces! I, too, AM NOT A FAN OF FUSSY CUTTING~~~HOWEVER, this EF sort of “shouts out to be cut” on the border (and it didn’t look too difficult to do!!! YAY!) LOVE how you played w/colors n’ each card turned out to be so cool! SO HAPPY you shared this TERRIFIC TECHNIQUE! Thank you n’ Happy Stampin’ , Embossin’ n’ Creatin’! Enjoy your day! Hope you get to “play more”!! :-)
Amazing - I won 112 embossing folders, and there is not one that I could use for this type of card. They're all either all-over backgrounds or very "loose" bunches of flowers, stars, what have you. Mainly because I bought them so that they would NOT stand out too much ... Darn. But I'll be good and not buy a new embossing folder, just admire what you did with yours! ❤
What would happen, of you don‘t dry the Paper (after you coloured it)? The embossing effect would be much more crispier - don‘t you think? Just try.....and so far very much thanks for the Inspiration!
Thank you for a GREAT video. I'll have to give it a try. BTW, I gave the glue dots - and the foam strip you recomented in another video/and the foam strip in this one also, a try! Whau, I love it. I wrte the seller and told I found the produts through your you tube. I hope that's all right! Kind regards Conny Hillgaard
Damn!!!!! I don't know how I missed this RUclips but I have just received the same embossing folder and made 10 cards! Wish I'd seen your strip of silver, also your watercolouring techniques. I just used my ink pads and using the flat circular foam inking tools so that the colour didn't go so deep, I used a more monochromatic idea and used 2 colours of yellow, a deep yellow and orange, an ombre ink pad (turquoises) and made sure I used all 3 colours, etc. etc. but also used black and because I just rubbed the colour and didn't use the ink pad like you did, it turned out very dark grey. I also fussy cut out the edge but used mine horizontally on the card and I have a large gorgeous butterfly stamp which I'd stamped, coloured, wink of stella'd and bent and put foam tape strips under the wings to give dimension, used same coloured gems or coloured pearls to match and put them on the centre of the flowers like you, and have 10 lovely encouragement cards "thinking of you" etc. to send out to friends. So sorry you got a novel but I couldn't resist telling you how similar our thoughts were about using this fabulous embossing folder. I love it. LOVE your gorgeous cards.
Natasha, I just discovered this video. I love all your videos, you have inspired me to finally use my acrylic paints! With water. I have this embossing folder, so will definitely give these styles a go. I have inked 2 card fronts using both sides of the embossing folder and I was impressed with both designs.❤
High impact with little time Love cards that I can do I ker than 2-3 days it takes me to make cards. Or longer. I have a bunch of embossing folders Will give this a try..thank you as always . So clever..tha is for Sharing again..
Love your cards!! And your video style. Thank you!! In the description it says glue bottles, I would like to know what kind of glue do you use. I like that when it dries their is no shine. Thanks again
Lol.only you Natasha could scribble paint on some paper , run it through an embossing folder and turn them into lovely cards . I am in awe of you . If 8 try and do that it will end up looking like my grandson got into my craft room and had a field day . Your amazing thank you x
Very cool, pretty and quick cards! I have done this technique, but had not thought about trimming out the embossed pattern. Thank you once again for a a great idea!
Alina’s is great! She doesn’t copy or steal American designers and her products are high quality and reasonably priced. You can see her new releases on You Tube, on her channel. Love these designs!
I love these cards. I’m always wondering how to use my embossing folders in a new way. This is a great idea. Once again your talent shines through. You make my mornings especially now that we are all inside trying to help make this virus slow down. Thinking of all my fellow crafters stay well! 💕
Wow, I’ve done the ink drag over the top of an embossed piece but never got such gorgeous results. Theses are all beautiful! The dark blue one is my favorite
Love that embossing plate and the water colour technique these 3 cards looked so different but loved all of them thsnks again Natasha for sharing your videos 💜
Hands up everyone who was singing Chintilly Lace through this video! This one came up when I searched for ways to use my embossing folders which have been gathering dust - bingo! Thank you so much, Natasha :)
Hello Natasha I am totally amazed at the ideas you come up with.. I watch video after video of your creations and love them all .. thanks again for a great tutorial :)
Oh MY! I have been stamping for About 25 years, maybe more & this is NEW to me too! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! I don’t have this embossing folder, but wonder if I have any that would work? Have you tried doing this with the “embossing using dies” (with the rubber shim thing)? Just wondering if anyone has tried it? THANK YOU! And, when you mount your image sheet onto foam sheets, do you always use 2 mm?
I tried it with lots of different folders, and they all worked brilliantly, iit's just when I was putting together the video, it all got too confusing and didn''t flow well, so i decided to focus on just the one embossing folder. As for foam, I teend to jump between 2 and 3mm, just depending on how much else is going on on the card, or how I will be delivering the card etc. Hope that helps :)
Natasha...thank you for putting your video in fast forward and for speaking quickly...your directions were spot on and so easy to follow...thanks again! 👍🏼
Thanks Audrey. It is a balancing act between showing what you need to show, but not dithering about. I like a good short video! As I said, I appreciate our feedback,. Thank you!

Wow, I haven’t seen it done this way. Love the black over it all. Looks like lace.
How did I miss this card vid, Natasha?? Beautiful cards created... thank you for sharing! Stay safe; Happy New Year and all the BEST in 2021! 😘💫💕💫❄️🎊✨👍🏾🎈🥂
Thank you I have been trying to find a way to use my embossing folders in a way that it would stick out more tyfs
