@clifowen4300 if you closed it well, it should be ok. May have thickened up if any air got to it but the secretions are ok. Glandular secretions don't have any living cells so it has a longer shelf life than urines.
I think if it's collected fresh that's great but if you don't freeze it immediately after then it's going to start breaking down pretty rapidly and deer will know the difference
Freezing is the worst thing you can do. The cells burst and ruins it. Refrigeration slows down the break down process but it does have a shelf life of 6-8 months at room temperature out of sunlight. Heat and sunlight is the biggest killer of deer lures.

A lot of the deer Lures are recipes and are not actually from deer at all that’s why they are brown one of the big ones is tinks It’s a man made recipe
