I have watched it after Javed akhtar interviewing Atal Bihari Vajpai that's a better interview that Javed akhtar. Javed akhtar debate with tarek fatah describe what he hides inside what he display is very contradictory in nature. He was not clear why there is no peace ✌️ between India 🇮🇳 & pakistan. He gave a subtle answer to that question.
@@AnujKumar-wj3ju Well I don't agree with you and I have followed Javed Akhtar long enough to know what he truly stands for or believes in. He is an atheist and maybe you are not aware of this but there have been fatwas against him in the past by Muslim clerics. Just because he does not agree with Tarek Fateh does not make him a fanatic or a closet mullah. Tarek Fateh has been accused of exaggerating and twisting facts on various occassions. Javed Akhtar is a firm believer in secularism like most of us Indians and maybe you need to open up your mind a bit more as for me it looks like your true "nature" is on display here....

The interviewer who I had never heard of did a beautiful job and also reminded me of Jaya Bhaduri and her facial expressions.
Just loved the interview.
Munizae is fantastic at her work it seems (As I never knew her until now) as the flow of the interview is really smooth.
She carefully avoided some puns thrown by Javed Saab.
Overall, a great watch and would love more such interview.
P.S. I struggled to understand few Urdu words but I enjoyed hearing them.

You said right that democracy is secular, if we look at the whole world where it is democracy that country is absolutely secular. For example, Germany, France, Great Britain and America or Australia and New Zealand.

When Javed Akhtar is in India, he makes India happy and when he is in Pakistan, he talks in such a way that the people of Pakistan are happy.

Both sides are suspicious of him. His Name Islamic, his children follow Islam and has multiple wives like a mulla but he claims to be secular, agnost which is scary. Knowing the violent nature n regressive dictate of Islam, you don't have much leeway to be safe after leaving Islam, secular hindu find it hard to trust how long he can stay secular after death threats.

The Pakistani channel has edited it very thoughtfully and very deviously. The parts wehre Javed Saheb starts talking about Islamic fundamentalism have been cleverly cut out.
Javed Akhtar used a word "خص کی ٹٹیاں", I Heard it many many years ago from my Dada ji.
Tatti means "separator". People go beyond Tatti for Pooping. and later on, people start calling poop as Tatti.
