Thanks for the shout out. 🙏 We have a lot of customers that love this product (and a few that don’t). It is currently our top performer among OTC brands. For anyone wondering if they might be a fit feel free to get in touch! Thanks again for including us.
Great informative review. I ordered the Slim version and an anxious to try them. I also have the relatively new Sony CRE C20. Do you have any comments about these for the sake of comparison? Also are you a Hearing Specialist at Costco? If so can you say which one? Thanks.
Yes, I’m a fitter at Costco ☺️ the Sony hearing aids are t anything special and I actually had to take them out a few times to hear better at work. I definitely didn’t do well wearing these but they may be an ok choice if your only concern is hiding the hearing aids, they are one of the better otc ITC’s
im trying to get a pair from lexie, i've contacted them and still waiting for a reply. My friend gave me a pair to use for a video but i had to give them back eventually. I'll try to get the review out as soon as i can but they are GREAT hearing aids.
Update on my purchase of these aids. I had to send them back. The sound was incredibly tinny sounding, and although the app does allow you to change the sound with three parametric settings, the settings didn’t change the sound enough to be anywhere near my current aids, Audicus. I was disappointed to say the least. The cost was half of my Audicus’s and I liked the rechargability that I don’t have with my Audicus. So it looks like I’m still looking. I don’t have a Costco anywhere near me, in fact, there is only one Costco in the entire state.
The tinny sound “should” be there. That is what most people need help with, the high frequencies. If it doesn’t sound tinny, you probably aren’t getting the highs you actually need.
@@HearingClub I don't think you understood my comment. My Audicus's are not tinny but the Sennheisers are tinny. The equalizer that is included in the Sennheiser's makes it more tinny, not less. Adding bass had no effect and adding more high frequency made the tinnyness more pronounced. The midrange has zero effect on the overall sound. The parametric equalizer only had the ability to increase tone, not cut them. High frequency sound equalization should not sound tinny, but more crisp, which these did, but the sound is still more tinny. Most old farts like me have lost their high frequency and some low's, but the sound quality should not change and that is what happened to the Sennheisers.
I think for that price and all the attached inconveniences, I would rather go with the prescribed hearing aids; like Signia, RextonREACH, etc. BTW Brian, have you had any complaints or feedback on the Reach? I remember the BiCore being awful
No, not at all, people are loving them. The app issues and constant disconnecting from the app seems to be fixed. I’ll be working on an update video soon but no issues man. I’m really happy about it
I had these Sennheiser All-Day clear hearing aids for about two weeks. Wind noise & backgrounf noise are bad with these. Sound quality is very good overall. Had this weird jingle the played ever time something appeared on my phone with the Sennheiser app. No way to turn this off unless you turn off the media sreaming, but you lose the ability to adjust your sound profile dueing this. A few days later the left hearing aid died and wouldn't charge anymore. I returned them.

Absolutely!
I just purchased this aid after wearing Audicus for about 4 years. So far so good. Oh, and I got them for $799!
Nice! And they’re working well for you?
@@HearingClub they are a little tinny sounding despite having the bass turned up all the way..work in progress.

I believe I have combed through all your videos. I don't see where you might have reviewed BOSE B1 or B1Plus Hearing Aids? TIA!

Thank you for sharing your personal experience Charles, this is exactly what I wanna see on here, honest, personal experiences.
For $999 plus $250 (plus tax?) you are better off getting prescription hearing aids from Costco for $1499 and no tax.
you are better off getting prescription hearing aids from costco period... but some people don't like costco or don't have one nearby
