I love all three, but #2 is the one I want to make. I love anything that gives me a little storage space, and I love her idea of keeping extra tealights inside it for convenience. Although I absolutely love the elegance of number three, I have 3 cats who would knock it to the floor and burn my house down (stinkers!). 😸
I love her idea to make more of these and use as a grouping of two or three. Maybe adding a "crystal" or metallic silver napkin ring between the two taper candleholders to add a little height to one?
All of these would make fantastic gifts! The recipient would never believe such elegance came together from items bought at Dollar Tree.

Try cutting the wood on both sides before breaking it. It gives a nicer result.

I'm always impressed with her beautiful work, but I have to mention that seeing her cut that wood freehand with a boxcutter and getting it as straight as if she used a metal straight edge is absolutely amazing!😲

The mirrored box with the lotus flower on top is definitely something I want to try to do for myself. I already have so many ideas for what I could put in them. And it’s so pretty I think I’ll make one for my granddaughter for her make up desk
