Just love his storytelling. I snap up everything I can find by him. Even when I totally disagree with him, I find Chapelle to be on a plane above everyone else.
Dave isnt a genius.. he is just bold and his balls klang and dont jingle. He is just saying stuff you and i are thinking; but aint got those giant balls to present those things were thinking in ways that make people amused and not raising their pitchforks to skewer us with. so i got to think that attached to those giant brass balls in the front ; next to the stage are some huge ... mean looking gourds.

In Oklahoma, I invited a young black man to smoke a pre-roll with me, he sat down and I lit it and immediately said "black lives matter... but fck BLM" he asked me to explain. I told him my opinion and he told me his and we became smoke buddies every day 😂 and talked about the darkest parts of history and race.
9:56 pm Friday Hawaii time I love Dave Chappelle, I watch all his specials. It's funny he hasn't become a big movie star like Kevin Hart who I truly love but I guess Dave has enough and Kevin has a goal to be a billionaire. Dave Don't care about that, hell let Kevin make it and give it to him!
Maybe, the lesson should be, "You can get caught up thinking you're right, not even considering the possibility that you're wrong, and get yourself into a situation where it takes an act of compassion from an otherwise uncompassionate person to save you from yourself."
After hearing Dave's cousin's story I now believe this is NOT the original Dave Chapelle. She said he had one last meeting where they promised him he would get what he asked for in the deal. She said she never heard from him again and when she called his cell phone the person hung up on her. Go watch it and tell me what you all think. His voice is wrong his body is to big and he ws know to prefer being thin.
I wish you let him finish what he’s talking about before you edit 😮 sometimes it jumps to something else while in the middle of talking about something. Too much editing!
Dave finds humor in the human condition, and when you think about it, humans have been shitheads for all our history. I adore him, he’s just saying what we’re all thinking in some corner of our mind, hahaha! What’s more real than that!💖
He does sound really different. I think we are just witnessing his transition from his early days squeaky voice to his older age deep voice. Much like he used to be skinny as hell,now he looks jacked like he's been taking human growth hormone or something.
