Seen db broly multiple times and still not bored of it yet. For the most part the animation is just gorgeous. Also with how the characters are drawn and this almost softness to them if that makes sense just feels organic. It harkons back to the earlier run of the shows and it's just brilliant.
The English dub hasn't even introduced that many people to the series. Next to the US, UK and a few other handful of countries it wasn't aired everywhere. The Spanish dub had a much larger reach. Entire South-America, Spain and other Spanish speaking regions. The Arabic dub was also aired everywhere in the Middle-East and North-Africa. There's a English, Spanish, French, Arabic, German (and many more) dubs.

In my personal opinion, the Spanish Latino dubbed version is much more better than the original Japanese version and American dubbed version. And it's all thanks to legendary Latino voice actors, Mario Castañeda and Laura Torres. Castañeda's voice as Goku and Bardock is very well known. His screams and voice are very more powerful and show more feeling like you are the character. And, Laura provides the voices of kid Goku, kid Gohan, and kid Goten and her screams are also more powerful. And she even cried during the scene that she had recorded in Dragon Ball where Goku reunites with his grandfather Gohan, because it reminded Laura of her grandfather and during an interview, she couldn't stopped crying for a few hours during recording. She lost her grandfather at a very young age. And she even expressed her emotions again in Dragon Ball Z as kid Gohan in the scene where Piccolo dies after saving Gohan
Let's not forget the dragon ball games from Budokai Tenkaichi 3, XenoVerse 2 and Kakarot getting to relive battles or create your own is what the dragon ball games are about.
I will say the best parts about the Dragon Ball Saga that I love the best are the English Dub, the animation, the English Dub Score, some of the Movies, The Specials, The Super Saiyan Forms, The Action Figures, A very cool Namek Dude named Piccolo and most of all Majin Buu. It's over 9000 Baby.
The insane power growth if you took every Dragon Ball character with powers and merged their powers you could probably destroy the universe a billion times over

Sorry but the English dub wasn't the only one responsable for the popularity of the series 🤨🤨. For example I'm from latam and the latam dub is full of talented voice acting performance, principally Mario Castañeda as Goku and Rene García as Vegeta, and even give the best latin Spanish version of an anime opening, so you should give also credit for the other dubs.
Finally a video that I can praise WatchMojo from the bottom of my heart after so long. I waited so long and now I can finally say this is a video that has somewhat done a decent job. Tears of joy💧💧💧
Kind of an anticlimatic list imo. We all knew the fights made the series , with character development a strong second in some cases. Still, I feel like an old man being one of the true OGs that stuck it out since OG Dragonball all the way up until about half way to super. Most folks claim to be cause Kai became a thing but meh.
Dragon ball Z is referenced in so many other franchises. Like Godzilla going super Saiyan at the end of Godzilla King of the monsters. And there's been several animes that have tried to cash in on its popularity. It's never boring to go back and watch some of the classics. I think my all time favorites are the Cell games and the season of Majin Buu, and generally anything to do with Frieza, Vegeta, Gohan and Goku. It's so hard to really nail anything down, but they kinda started getting lazy when dragon ball super came along. Most of the show really relied on the dialogue, and there was some cringe worthy moments by that point which made me not really wanna follow it anymore
