@@Swanlamp personally I'll recommend listening to bunch of other subliminals as well and tbh what i did was just randomly play them (basically what i was doing is loop 6-7 random subliminals again and again for like half an hour or lets just say 40-50 mins! And one thing I'll honestly recommend is just VIBE. Vibe while listening to the subliminals, forget and take all the stress out be positive and JUST THINK that you're already free from attending the school!
