My game keeps crashing when I go to police dispatch, any ideas why or am I just missing something really obvious

how do you use the parking script in this mod what are the buttons ?

Hold delete key and right click will get you the marker. I think buttons will come up so you can spin the spot around or continue to hold delete and right click the direction you want it to face

Downloaded the mod from your link, followed the link to mega, downloaded the actual mod, put it in my mods folder, selected montana 2.5 from the modifications list, loaded it up on endless and all I got was the montana mod map up in the right hand corner with a black map on screen (just blue squares over a blueprint). What did I do wrong

You didn't read the documentation ;)
You play this mod in career mode not freeplay

I'm having issues with this one thing. When I tried to arrest the suspect and I tried to put them in the car it says I need to pat them down but I don't know how to pat them. How do I pat them down?

You need two officers. One to hold the suspect and one to frisk the suspect. I think you need to right click the officer that's holding the suspect with the second officer

How do you vent a roof because I tried exactly what you did but all that happened was I was able to walk him on the roof of a chainsaw so I could not vent I do not know why

Don't use the chainsaw use the K12. I think you hold shift with a firefighter selected and the chainsaw icon turns into a K12 icon.
