This District and pretty much every place in Istanbul has Potential it's like a raw diamond , but the Maintenance is absolutely horrible , the municipality is not doing enough to keep this City in a good shape , everything is crumbling and disgusting graffitis everywhere , if it was at least a nice art graffiti but just ugly tags all over the place , no sense for esthetics .
