Waste my time watching this video. The 3 reits with consistent dividend yield is not mentioned and when I paused the video to read the names, the print is too small to read.
This is why REITS with 4% yield and high share prices is a risk to invest when big funds spin to take profit. Aim for higher dividend yield and tanked REITS. If get taken down by people taking profit is just hell pain
Most cyberjaya properties are data center MSC status building. Data centers has been there. Not a good business anymore ever after Malaysia changes the tax benefits of MSC companies. No one bother to start IT company in Malaysia

May I know why the dividend is partly taxable and partly tax exempt?
Only withholding tax on dividend payout of 10% if they pay out 90% of their net rental income. no other income and capital gain tax.
