Would an event space just let you shot for free if they weren’t getting anything in return? Aren’t they going to ask you on the phone what do they get out of it

I don't agree with the pre-sell model only because you need experience to work the equipment, do the shoot, and then the editing. Isn't it best to be able to do the job confidently with experience?
Question, is it common to change monthy payments in this industry? I've Benn looking to start a virtual tour business and this is the first time I've heard someone recommend monthly charges. Great content though, love the video!
