When you attack in clan war leagues, you get loot just like in regular clan wars. However, you get twice as much loot for each attack in clan war league as you would from normal clan wars.
You can only sign up to clan war leagues for 2 days at the start of each month. After that it reverts back to normal clan wars for the rest of the month
