I have been a teacher in the UK for more than 10 years. The most important is the subject knowledge and skills. Education and training standards differ from country to country. For interview purposes, find out the UK standards. Take note that, teaching secondary schools can be most challenging. Lastly, school are inspected thoroughly. This can put pressure on teachers. All these should not put you off, but rather raise awareness.

I'm 52year old with over 15year experience but with 3rd class can I get a teaching jobs in private school, I have NCE Biology/ chemistry, degree Bsc Edu Biology and professional teacher certification
If you’re qualified from one of the 9 countries from the video, you can start putting your requirements together towards 2023. If not, you’ll need to to apply for QTS through another route though your country might also be considered in the near future.
When you watch the videos, do well to put down the requirements under each Route and go through to see which one you’ll actually benefit from.
Your chances of finding a job without the QTS is slim in my opinion

I've been searching for teaching jobs; English teacher to be precise. They all include QTS as an essential requirement. Can I still apply and ask to be considered under the 4year rule? If not, could you help with links to schools that will grant offers without QTS. I'm from Nigeria with a B.A in English, PgD in Education and over 12 years experience in teaching English.
Hi you can apply to teach as unqualified teacher in a secondary school. While there apply to undertake the QTS. Secondly, you could apply to teach in a further education college then do your QTLS. I hope that helps. I’m a UK trained English teacher and I’ve taught in a college and a secondary school. It is very challenging in a secondary school but it’s rewarding.

Your qualification and experience matters in choosing the route. Also utilise the links in the description boxes of the videos to read more about the different routes. Most of them do not have a definite process. Mostly, you’re given an advisor first
I think each test has it’s own technicalities and if you don’t understand them, you’re likely not to make the pass mark

There’s Global drop in workforce in various sectors and teachers just happen to be one in the UK and the government has considered it and decided to relax the rules for teachers to get into teaching in the UK from overseas.
