Hello, nice video! I have a question, I have installed these and what I am struggling with is once the curtains are on the carriers and the arm pulls the curtain along the track, the curtains don’t get pulled evenly along so on one side (the pulling side) the curtains are stretched and then in the other side (where the motor sits) there is slack/curtain pleats. Please help :(
