Amazing talk, thank you. In a hybrid timber-stone solution, how have you persuaded and reassured the clients/contractors/insurers regarding the fire risks? (below 6 stories) Many thanks

The selling the idea of stone construction to the housing marketing - constructor, sales, consumer - requires effective marketing. What I'm hearing here - I am a marketer - is very interesting, prompting me to make notes that I can apply toward developing marketing concepts non-construction industry clients. Hopefully someone in the stone industry is doing the same for its own sake.
If constructing with anything less that stone or a stone hybrid is factually identified as relatively inefficient and carbon costly etc., how do the stone sourcing, architecture and building industries effectively communicate that message to potential customers? What is the message? Is there a convincing strapline? I have seen much coverage in general media about the return to timber, even for high-rise buildings, but nothing about stone.
The current crisis in Ukraine should be a reminder to the UK - which seems to have forgotten that an IRA truck-bomb in London's Bishopgate caused a reported over £1 billion in damage - that glass buildings, the current pox of so many UK cities, are useless during times of conflict. Imagine a post-WWII London had it been the glass city is has become today!
One observation for the ladies posing the questions: the screens behind you are painfully annoying. IMO it would be much better to have the real background, whatever it is.
Thank you all. A very interesting video.
