actually imo both verse with different sounds are resembling voices in his head or how other people talk to him. In live version he change position from the left to the right to deliver the message as he want to, and as he stands in the middle (in live version) or makes his voice back to normal (studio session) it resembles what in his opinion towards other people or something. this concept was brillian for me both live and studio version

I guess that he changed his colour of voice in the first and the second verses so he can express those two verses are the whisper of evil in his mind, but from verse 3 he starts to rap his confession with his own voice to show he overcomed it.

This song is on 'Time Travel' album. It's called 'Self portrait' and this one is overly edited meanwhile the live performance is more soothing and at the 'Time Travel' studio version sounds clearer than here.
