@Keshav Dorai You seem to be giving Jason White more respect just because he plays solos. I think you are doing this because guitar solos are something that people see as a better kind of thing and something to be respected. Billie Joe deserves 100x more respect for actually crafting the songs that you hear - the chord progressions, the vibe, the lyrics, the vocal melodies and even most likely many of the lead guitar stuff that Jason plays. Billie Joe could choose to play the lead stuff if he wanted to. He chooses not to because he likes to run around on stage. Jason White is a touring musician and people know this. He knows his place and is happy with it. And yes I am aware he became an official member of the band during the Uno, Dos and Tre albums.
