intermittent motion mechanism in Solidworks

This mechanism allows 1/8th of a rotation every full revolution of the driver., with a locking mechanism to prevent further rotation.

Too bad there seems to be no tolerances (clearances). My 3d print binds even with my attempt to add clearances. Also it would be nice to provide center to center distance for shafts. And have shafts centers on same horizontal plane.
When you know a dim, why draw a circle / line without dim and then dimension it later?
It would be an interesting 3d print.
