Explained in the video sir If native of TN - apply for Govt quota for CMC Govt quota seats. Any candidate (including TN natives) and you have applied for CMC Already (GM seats or other seats), then you HAVE to apply for CMC management quota
The seats are not in all india. Other state candidtaes and non Christians are eligible as mentioned in the session but the applications unfortunately got over by Feb 27th mam.

Minroty quota is available if you are tn native. Application is through tn govt quota counseling There is no other separate minority quota for other state candidates as part of tn management quota. And for those categories mentioned the application date is over. The cut offs of CMC management quota - you can check at ZyNerd - closing ranks - Tamil Nadu - tn management quota. Select categories accordingly.

As explained for tn govt quota eligible if tn native and Roman catholic. For minority network category (within management quota) it is only the associations attached to the CMC network that can recommend. In case you have worked in a CMC association mission hospital then check with them.
