Again guys, I know compound boost with the LSA supercharger AND twin turbos sounds awesome, but it's not going to work on this setup. Not only will it restrict the turbo system we're planning for, it just complicates the build. We WILL do a compound setup on a project in the very near future, you can hold me to that!

yea, there are a few in Adelaide there was a corvette club show in Port Adelaide a few years ago and they all got together, i seen a c5 and it was a smooth silver and the newest but hottest ride there. RUclips has given their handling a bad name with a bunch of bad drivers, but Cleetus knows how to hang on to Leroy for dear life! I don't know how he's going to hang on when he's got twin turbos spinning the tires in 5th gear though...!? or maybe even 6th gear. GO LEROY!!!!

I am an old guy. I once got a ride in a 500 HP 1967 Camaro 454 (fastest car in town back then). This was about 35 years ago. It wasFAST! I cannot imagine how fast this new stuff must be. That Camaro would barely idle. Now people are getting 600+ hp with good idle and decent MPG. Effin amazing!

I was going to order a cam from either TSP or BTR. After reviewing their websites I decided to go with TSP. After watching this video I know it's definitely the right choice. My buddy wants to build a 5.3 or 6.0 for a turbo application to put in his 1970 Chevy truck. I'm gonna steer him to TSP as well! So many companies put their name on products that are made by someone else. I like that if you buy TSP, you know they made it. And their quality control is on point!

I went to TSP myself to pick up a bunch of parts for My project not knowing if they even had a retail counter setup.. I'm not an internet celebrity and got the same tour. If Your in the Austin area and have the time it should be on any car guy's bucket list, it is truly an amazing place to behold!

CORRECT..anyone who had built or tuned any forced induction car knows this is not a good set up. RESTRICTED at the supercharger choking the boost from turbos and creating a tuning clusterfuck from hell.

Awesome video!! I love the HAAS equipment. People in the machine industry hate on it, but I use them everyday, and the just plain work. It's as fancy as an Okuma, but they just plain work.

Cleetus I would recommend moving some stuff to the back of the car some or just put a good bit of downforce from some aero parts to set more weight on the back tires for more traction.

Pity about the siamese bores from our experience that is where there is a severe temperature variation take place which can lead to a drop in power and overstressed reciprocating mass leading to a failure of either crank, rod or piston, all because the temperature was not sorted out to begin with. The pump and fluid must be optimum and the temperature variation but not be more than maximum 10 degrees over the entire engine or bye bye engine.
This was very interesting & camera work during the CNC machine work was great!

I used to run a Heller pin mill rough turning pins for Caterpillar, John Deere, Detroit Desile ect. I worked in the same town as Callies and always dreamed of working there.
Great video..love watching this kind of stuff! Just think what the old engine-masters had to do, to try and get the best possible tolerances etc., with what they had to work with!! So easy now with CAD/CAM and CNC.
