I had about the same situation with a better outcome, I had 50 paid crystals from the 1$ pack and 950 ish crystals saved up, nothing from the guaranteed, then I got hyper baited by gannon (gannon means a unit you don't have) on my paid crystal summon, the only characters I didn't have were dcelia and emp, so when I got gannon showing up in the summon animation I was so hyped, but then I got dcelia, was really upset, so I rage summoned with all my free crystals and at my 13th summon got a roy animation, so I got emp from the free crystal summons, really happy, but it was a long time coming considering I literally haven't had a banner unit from summons for actual 8 months, not even the main banner units, NONE of them. Got Hao on pity when he first got released, so, I'm happy it finally gave me something.

I'm not sure if it's just my luck but I got him with 22 single summons on main acc and 17 singles on my alt acc , so try doing singles .
